SS_JZ
Hello My car is FD3S S7 but AC request can not judge correctly. When AC is turned on, the voltage becomes 1.2 to 2Volt. What is the voltage at which the digital input recognizes ON and OFF? I'm trying to solve by adding a relay, but I wanted to know the specifications for digital input. Regards. Adamw
Normally a DI needs less than 1.2V to trigger, but on the S7 plug-in DI1 and DI5 have a pair of diodes in series with the inputs which will lower the voltage by about another 1.4V each (you get about a 0.7 voltage drop across a diode). So anything less than about 2.6V it should activate. Can you explain what yours is doing - does it only activate in certain fan speed positions? Or not at all? SS_JZ
Thank you for your reply. Under normal conditions, it is the battery voltage. When the fan speed is 1 to 4, the voltage is 1.2 to 2 volts. According to the Mazda manual, the judgment that the AC works is less than 3 volts. So this voltage seems to be correct. The problem that the AC request was not correctly recognized by the plug-in ECU also occurred to a friend other than me.
