  1. Hi Adam, Thanks for the reply, I updated the ECU FW and its all good now. annoyed with myself that I didn't consider that anyway all working thanks again Dan
  2. Hi all, So I bought myself a little canchecked mfd28 display/gauge and im having some issues getting it to work properly over canbus I have it connected and it does display some of the data correct like - RPM and AFR but other than those two that's about it. as you can see from the photos. boost is miles off and others just don't show anything or the wrong info, scaling issue? The can setup within the ecu is done as per there instructions other than the bit rate, which I have set as 1Mbits not 500kbits as I have a CANLambda installed. I believe this has to be set to 1Mbits and as I said it does show some data and I have it setup within the gauge to 1mps. so I don't think its that part of the setup. One point I'm not sure about is if I need to setup the streams/frames for the "Generic dash 2" mode to send the required data? Reading the instructions I get the impression that a whole bunch of CAN data gets sent on this Mode to save having to do this, but I could be wrong here? I've also tried setting up other channels with transmit user stream 3,4,5 and so on but again it don't change anything. so either I had the frames setup wrong or the dash didnt like it.. More me I would say! Other thing im not sure on is if I need to change the TRI file in the canchecked software to suit the Link, however I I'm using the link.TRI file so I would assume that this would be ok. Maps attached if anyone would have any idea and care to have a look? The dash is on the latest FW 4.007 Cheers! canchecked.pclr
  3. so had a chance to get a look at this again today.. Turns out the Relay was at fault, only delivering 5v when there was any on load on it but 12 when there wasn't any. anyway swapped out and sorted now.. thanks Adam for the help..
  4. Hi Adam Thanks for the reply.. Ive attahced the log as requested. When I unplug the CAN Module and test the supply to it from the relay I get 11.9V to it LinkMAPLambdatest.llg
  5. Hi Folks, I'm having some issue with my CAN Lambda. Bought it new a while back and I finally decided to fit it.. So I've got it wired up as per the instructions but I'm getting a error 26 - which according to instructions relates to - supply voltage dropped below 10.8V while operating. Solution - Check Wiring, Check Battery, May occur during cranking" Ive check the wiring, relay is wired correctly, power is coming from the battery, good ground, accessory going to the CAN module. All seems fine. Battery is fine, showing 12V+ Which leaves "may occur during cranking".. I thought this might be the issue (might still be) so I put a switch on the accessory power going to the relay just to turn it on once the car has started. thinking this would take the cracking part out of the occasion just incase it was dropping below the 10v. I'm kinda out of ideas on what else to check, if anyone has any ideas?? Also looking at the lambda status , I might have other issues but they only come up when I start the car. map and log attached along with some snapshots can lambda test.llg afterlambdainstall.pclr
  6. Hi Simon, I have notice the idle has been acting a little strange. how would I go about sending it in? I’m in the UK cheers
  7. Yes gtr plug-in. Anyway of testing that its ok?
  8. Was in at the ECU to install a CAN cable and came across what looks like a burnt/discoloured area for the board. I would assume that is is not the norm? Does anyone know what this bit does? ECU is still works, so not sure really what to do if anything...
