Hello @Adamw please take a look at my trigger scope. I have same issue again in starting the car i tried adjust master fuel and has nt run . The car wants to turn over but wont run it started 2x but i left not running for 3 days now it wont start again any input please would be much appriciated . also i tested igniton and injectors have pulse and have spark so im am really stumped again sorry newbie here . just trying to get to start and get it tuned asap . this was scope last time it ran .

got a really good start up earlier and had it idling at 3ms running super pig rich but at least it runs and thanks all ... Trigger Scope Log 2018-08-28 7;28;38 pm.llg

@Simon i am using the V7 map sensor but i thought the jdm1999 wrx models year production didnt have immbolizer so i had it on the no immobilizer i will try and see change dip switch . rpm was jumpy at cranking from 140-167 never stable at 200 or even higher than 160. And @Adamw i think Newer age last gen of the gc8/gf8. i Will do a scope and show thanks for the info much appriciated ... As With v1-v6 map sensor it would not calibrate it would fail reading .V7map sensor it was able to read and match bap . i tried the v1-v6 maf as well no start. Thanks again all will get to it right away.

thanks brad i tried earlier and at 19ms almost started but tried it all the way to 50ms still no start . switching over to stock ecu runs fine i just cant figure out why the G4 ecu wont start car ..... gonna check and see maybe i flooded engine from cranking too much today .. any other advice is welcome to this newbie thanks anyone in advance...

Hello i purchased a link ecu G4+ plugin for my 1999 jdm wrx ej205 . Im basically new to this and in need of help and advice to getting the car to start . long story short i followed everything in maunal and its seems car wont start or turn over . it started 2x times but very limpy and died right away . is there a step i am missing what values or adjustment i need to do. Mostly stock except for full Tb exhuast have aem wideband but not wired in ecu (ordered wire loom). .map is running V7-8 its seems 1-6 cant callibrate or fails but on v7 reads good and in sync with bap. Thanks. Any help is appriciated ..

Ok thnx sent link tech support email . one more question i followed installation on manual for my ecu set up tps and map calibration done everything good just except trigger calibration is locked . my question is does ecu being locked prevent me from starting up motor because it will not turn over i tried a many times it will turn over i switched it back to stock it turns over and runs any advice is appriciated please help thanks... Also i tried swithing the dip switch and my 1999 wrx is a jdm

Hello i purchased a link ecu #WRX6+ 2 years ago i never knew i had to unlock ecu until now . i had to put it off on the side because until i finished rebuilding motor i decided to install new link ecu and it keep saying ecu is lock . please help i contacted the dealer i bought it from and havent heard from him yet . i have serial number if needed . thanks in advance ...
