Hi Adam, So it will be okay if i leave it as it is, at rising instead of falling for trig 2? Engine Rpm is very smooth, Roc is good too.

Hi everyone i was tuning a customer car( EVOLUTION 7 ) today. For some reason trigger 2 was set to Rising instead of Falling but it worked normal with no trigger counter errors . Which one should i use and which is the correct ? Thanks

Yes vtec was set at 5400rpm.Tried 6000 makes a big dip. Tried lower than 5400 nothing really changes. Found a problem with the cam gears i will retune and post it.

Hi all recently tuned a customers car, setup is B18C Stock block TODA SPEC B CAMS Brian Crower cam gears dialed +1in and -1 ex 68mm throttle body ITR intake mani AEM CAI Custom header 2.5inch collector and full custom 2.75inch exhaust Using LINK ECU G4+ AFR at 12.8:1 At 8500rpm Made only 201ps where stock comes 200ps.. 550cc injectors and run them at 49% made the calculations and shows 230hp. Any input on why it doesnt make at least 220-230?

Update : Changed coil plugs to new K20A Denso. Problem still there so i has to be the epm sadly...

\ Looks like i am very unlucky but whatever. So rpm bounces up and down. This happens with load only . No trigger errors , scope looks good , timing locked , both signal ok. Maybe bad coils ?

Hi so after the Cop conversion on my B18C Type r . I tried to wire the blue tacho wire to an auxiliary output ignition 5. I know that i won't work since it is a high level tacho but what could i do in order to get it working? Anything else that can be done with out connecting a tacho booster? Maybe if i wire the negative terminal of coil's to the dash? Thanks.

Hi Brand can you please tell the correct procedure of setting up the dizzy? As i said i did the following: top mount bolt at the center and then locked timing to 16 deg from laptop and did offset until timing on the crank shows 16deg Thanks

Looks like i can't find the AEM CAS. I have set it as multi tooth trigger 1 hall , cam , pullup on, 24 teeth, falling trigger 2 hall. cam pulse 1x , pullup on , falling trigger priority : trigger 2

Just to confirm, is this correct? By the way how do i check the timing light while having coils? i have the innova 3568 timing light Tomorrow is the day of truth hehe.

Hi yes Simon i had the MSD external coil and changed the whole dizzy to a stock. So now i am running a stock ignition system from honda, and still does the same thing. The msd coil was used with a stock igniter from honda named "hitachi". Now setting the base timing etc what i did : Placed the dizzy at the center of the top bolt mount. Then locked ignition to 16 degrees and did my offeset untill i see 16 degrees at the crank. How should i set the rotor phase angle? I quite don't understand. Even with this dizzy still cant get over some degrees. I was thinking of doing a COP but i have to be sure that the problem comes from my ignition system.
