  1. hey so ive had a little help dialing things in a bit can you have a look and see what might need to be changed? ive attached a driving log and my rough tune.... the log is a little erratic.. sorry in advance Wallewein UMS 6.pclr driving today.llg
  2. Do you think reinstalling my iacv would help any? I don’t have pwr str, ac, heater, or even headlights tbh lol
  3. so if im understanding this correctly, i should be able to close up the throttle a tiny bit, do a tp cal and thatll drop the throttle? is it really that easy? lol
  4. while closing the throttle, will i need to adjust anything else to compensate?
  5. my cams are aftermarket greddy 264 in and ex .... ive readjusted my offset to -70 and it seems to be happy... ill attach a log to confirm... how do i go about dropping the rpm to 1000 or under? running log 2.llg running log.llg
  6. So this is what I’ve done, I’ve set my cam angle sensor to where the bolts are directly centered in the slots my timing at that point was way off using my timing light. I adjusted the offset to -58 that brought my timing to 20° with the timing light and cas center on the bracket. I’m sort of confused though because everything that I’ve seen says RB offset should be somewhere around -80 to default -87
  7. I’ve set base time to 20 using a ht lead on cylinder #1 and put 20 in the timing reference section in pc link.. is that how that’s supposed to be done? Originally the timing reference in pc link was set to 10... as soon as it attempts to drop below 1k rpm it just dies.
  8. so my flex fuel sensor was bad. ive replaced it and this one now reads ACTIVE but not a actual percentage... ive switched to a thicker oil to cope with the 110 degree weather here in AZ in hopes to raise my oil pressure a little... that has seemed to work. i also suspect that my oil temp sensor is bad. but judging off the oil pressure id say temp is probably fine. also this thing WILL NOT stay running at a decent rpm. do i need to mess with any fuel tables or ign tables to get it to calm down? ive attached my most recent log and tune. it was taken after it had reached operating temp with the help of my working the throttle to keep it running .... i let it die and then started it back up within the same log.... i think... let me know if im doing this right.... thank you for all your help! r32 gtr rb26 g4+ e85 radium fpr with built in pulse damper 1300 id inj. gm flex fuel sensor r35 coils stock cam angle sensor single throttle body single turbo link can lambda link 3 port boost solenoid internal map sensor log 5.llg tom 8.2.20.pclr
  9. not to switch topics but should my referance timing be set to 10 or 20? ive adjusted my cas to 20 with a timing light and ht lead.... and my trigger offset is at -87? does this sound right?
  10. i just tried this and when shorted it turns off.... smh
  11. so i checked resistance on the sensor and got nothing so im going to try a new sensor.
  12. i checked my wiring for the flex fuel sensor and its wired correctly. on the off chance its not, im going to swap the vout and vcc wires and see if it comes on. should i expect it to work without the car running key ON only?
  13. so ive adjusted the settings in cal 4 for fuel pressure, but cant figure out the flex fuel sensor, its wired correctly but wont register anything... also should i set my idle adjustment screw to fully closed and then calibrate tps or get the car to idle and then calibrate? tom 8.2.20.pclr
  14. Should I calibrate the throttle position sensor from where it’s sitting right now or with the adjustment screw all the way out throttle all the way closed? I have adjusted the screw to where the car will idle any lower and it wants to die.. From your side of things can you see why my flex fuel sensor is not working?
  15. attached is a copy of my current tune and a log i attempted to record. can i get some eyes on it and possible guidance on what needs to be adjusted to get me on the road to a tuner. tom 8.2.20.pclr log 3.llg
  16. i havent yet, im sorting out a cam angle sensor issue now. once that is fixed ill move to what youve suggested. how do i go about adjusting master fuel settings?
  17. finally ive started my car! it runs... barely, but doesnt stay running without copious amounts of throttle. ive attched a copy of my base tune..... single throttle, single turbo, stock cam angle sensor, 1300cc inj. r35 coils. any help is welcome, thank you! im wondering about base timing, how do i sync and could this cause my lack of idle? 18. i need some more knowledgeable eyes to take a look at my ecu settings.. g4+ pnp rb26 single turbo single throttlebody 1300 id injectors r35 coils link can lambda no iac dual walbro 450 stock cas TOM 7.27.2020.pclr
  19. Thank you, I’ll report back with whatever happens when I plug it in
  20. I’m currently making a harness for the can-lambda sensor, (for r32 Gtr using g4+ pnp) similar to the one on nzefi website. Im using the Can 1 Jx header on the ecu board. The wiring diagram provided is confusing me... is this correct and where does the “to ecu” wire go?
  21. Where does the “to ecu” wire go? And I’ve read about a resistor that is needed? Where would this go and is it actually needed?
  22. okay thank you! this is going to be using the gts base map? im not sure if you will need this info but ill supply it anyway.. injectors: ID1300x coils: r35 TOMSNissanR32-R34GTRG4XtremePlugin1.1.pclr
  23. I dont have any check valves but it wouldnt take much to throw as many as recommended into the fuel system. . As far as using the GTS map, I'm assuming I'm going to have to re-enter all of my settings? I.e. injector info and what all of my output/input represent?
  24. awesome Adam, i appreciate all of your wisdom! next thing is, im running a single turbo with a single throttle body intake manifold. are my settings somewhat reasonable for that? or is it too soon to know? i dont have iacv or anything for that matter under my intake... ive heard this can be somewhat of a pain to deal with as a tuner.. i dont mind having them there, i just dont for cleanliness reasons lol also i noticed when ign is turned on, both pumps prime. my plan was to use one pump constant and the other to kick on at a set boost pressure, the way its set up now going to allow that to work?
