    Very new to all this. Had fault codes 17 and 49 come up. Cleared them, started the car and blipped the throttle and didn't come back. Any ideas if they come back the problem? Thanks

    I have a 1998 Subaru legacy with a link ECU (and single turbo). I was told when I got the car the ecu was actually meant for an Impreza of a similar age but the pinouts are the same so it works which it does. I currently have an engine light on so need the correct software to see what's going on. Thanks
