  1. At the end, found out the fuel pump is half dead. It runs but not giving enough flow up to the fuel rail. Changed to a new one and works again. What a bad day for having crank sensor and fuel pump dead at the same time.
  2. Dear Adam, Thanks for your reply. I have attached a log file. The map is in the first thread. I started log recording before cranking the engine. with F12, I saw the fuel pump was ON, Trig1&2 were YES. I also went back to the ignition test and injector test, they were on clicking in respect to the order that I tested. Have a nice weekend. Log 2024-03-8 6;18;35 pm_problemafternewCPS.llg
  3. Dear Adam, I had changed a new crank sensor. Now I got signal from Trig 1 and 2. Rpm now shown up during cranking. But the car won't start. Anything I need to adjust in the map? Does the graph in the scope looked ok? Looking forward to you advise. Trigger Scope Log 2024-02-29 4;04;09 pm.llg
  4. Hello Adam, I did another run, I pressed the capture button during cranking. Please advise. Alan problems.pclr Trigger Scope Log 2024-02-17 8;17;56 pm.llg
  5. Hi My car was driving happily for the past couple of years with Storm4+. Suddenly the car wouldn't start and I checked the fuel and spark plugs and they were fine. Finally I noticed that there were no RPM when cranking. I metered the loom from sensor end to plug A for Trigger 1&2, they were fine. Phase sensor is within specification, but Trigger 1 (crank sensor) is opened. Hardware wise, crank sensor was toasted. My question here is that, if trigger 2 phase sensor is good why it isn't picking up signal? I want to make it clear before ordering new crank sensor. Trigger Scope Log 2024-02-5 6;18;02 pm.llg Are there something else wrong that making the ecu not picking up the phase sensor signal? 6. Hello Adam, Today got sometime to go outside to try again. I switch from open loop boost control to close loop. No luck. My son hop in for a ride, I can't do a PCLog. Close loop boost control still got the problem. Can't go over 3000rpm. However, I back off the throttle a little (70%), it revs up to 5500rpm. Please neglect it is lean, I added fuel right after this run. Noticed that, throttle percentage from all of my previous datalogs. There were all back off to Zero% before the rpm drops. Look at my screen capture that I high lighted. Something wrong with my TPS? Log 2020-07-26 6;07;11 pm.llg 20200725closeboost.pclr Also, there are so much unstable area in today's run. In the screen capture, the red circle has a smooth afr, and right on the target (still using open loop). But the blue area are very bumpy, the ride was very rough. Technically, same load cell, same IAT and ECT. What causes that?
  7. Hello Adam, Today I use my laptop to log it again. Updated firmware as well.20200712.pclr I lowered down my WGate % from 42 to 40. RPM now hardly goes over 3000rpm. Log 2020-07-25 7;06;20 pm.llg
  8. Hi everyone, I need some help here as my car won't rev up under boost. I am now limiting the boost to 0.6bar (aprroxmately 42%DC) . I am trying to rev up to 7000 under 0.6bar to dial in AFR and get familiar with knock signal. Under WOT, boost build up and engine climb to 3500+rpm then suddenly cuts power. After that, my right foot let go naturally (see log). Anything I forgot to switch on/off, or any setting not setup correctly? Is a Cosworth YBT, stock turbo/internal, with upgraded fuel pump/injector, plus K20A COP. Thats all. Nothing fancy. Log 2020-07-5 5;44;01 pm.llg 20200628.pclr
