  1. Looks like your speed sensor is not working correctly and the ecu randomly turns on launch control. (100% ignition cut)

Disable the launch control and see if things improve.

  2. Hi.

I'd increase your DBW deadband.. to say 0.9% and see how that changes things. (you have accel enrich constantly kicking in)

Also chage your Idle Ignition table to span from say (-500) 8deg to 32deg (500) .. and set the 0 for 15 or 20 deg.

Try running open loop idle control.. (seems to work better for me)

  3. I dont believe the ECU can handle the +10A or so required by the pump.

You'd also need to setup float level input alongsie with solenoid drive.

Bypassing the AEM will leave you with no safety.. tho their safety seems to be very limited.

I myself run Aquamist.. and that has a flow sensor with adjustable flow "window".

Its driven by Link ECU in conjunction with Aquamist controller.

If you run too much or too little it will trip.  Pump wise .. Aquamist or AEM is the same Aquatec 5800.

There is a FB WMI group, with tons of info and options.  https://www.facebook.com/groups/366718120329010.

    Hope this helps.

  4. Hi.

IDC hits about 92%.. so yes, you are running out of injectors.. all this considered that your TPS only goes up to 68%...

You are also running 10.7 AFR.. while targetting 12.3... ?

Getting within your AFR target might keep you below ~90% IDC.

As for the cut at 4900.. trigger issues ? since you have about 28 of trigger errors...

Last not least.. no knock control ?

  5. Hi.

    There is no knock enabled.

CLL is on but its configured not to do anything at any time.. even at idle.. ???

You are running lean pretty much all the time..  I dont see any point at which the target AFR is met.

(you could have developed a leak in your exhaust and now it reads lean all the time or you have a leak on the intake side)

Your coils are 3ms (stock) and its set to 3.8.. while notmuch..  you are constantly ovedriving and shortening the life span.. (sometimes its beneficial to run higher but usually its only for a short time ..not all the time)

Injector data looks a bit off as well..

It almost looks like the tuner forgot to save the changes..

    My 2c...

  6. Have you checked the harness for shorts ? also how have you checked the ground ?

I am assuming you listening to the injectors fire.. or just listening to the engine ??

I'd get 6 lights/Led's and hook them up to the injector plugs... and test from there to be 100% sure.

This feels like the ECU doesnt have enough power to drive them all.. Have you looked a the board itself to see if there are any burn/overheat marks ?

Also measure the amp draw on each injector while testing them.

  7. Heads up.. you can click on any variable and then press F1.. that will give you a description.

I find Link's help file useful and well constructed.

Ign Start Position - The injectors will be opened for the time specified in the Injector Prime Time table the first time the key is turned to the start position.  This ensures that the prime fuel is not injected too early when the key is turned on, then turned to start some time later.  This mode requires a Digital Input to be configured as Start Position and wired to the start terminal on the ignition switch.

I'd bump pre-crank prime by 50% and see if it does anything.. If it does.. then lower it until you satisfied with the hot start.

If that doesnt do much.. then go back to original value.. and bump your Crank enrich by 50%.. see how that plays out..

Try bumping First crank enrich too.. but just do one change at a time and see which one has the most effect.

You could also change that to Key On and turn the key twice or more in order to gain idea if thats helping.

Also.. I see the car started without much effort on the 2nd crank.. right after it didnt.. I've seen cars with fuel manifolds right on top of intake manifolds or in places where they touch hot parts.. this causes fuel to literally boil and may causes harder starts.

    Hope this helps.

  8. As mentioned .. your AFR is way too rich..   An injector stuck open ?

Tho.. looking at your Cal1 table for Lambda 1 .. it doesnt appear to be configured.

Also check for bent pins on the ECU.

Trig 2 has no signal.. so not sure about that, but it is configured.

  9. Hi.

You had knock on your previous pulls and the ecu stores that in memory.. so next time you hit the same rpm/load cell it will automatically remove timing.

You can see that with "Knock Table Counter" ... it already has values before your log pull.

Power cycle the ecu and those will reset.

Also your knock trim table is 2D...  Just throwing it out there..
