  2. I'm looking to upgrade to a Thunder G4+ & a Razor PDM, Can anyone give some insight if there will be a new Thunder in the G4x or G5 range and I would essentially be better holding off till those release dates if any? Cheers
  3. Awesome, yeah first 2 were reluctor, 3rd was optical/hall and got half a decent crank before the battery/jump pack said no more. Cheers again Adam
  4. Setting up a mates VY Clubsport with a Link Xtreme G4+. Have selected Chev 5-10 for the trigger. We get no rpm when trig 1 & 2 are left as reluctor, but get what I think may be decent trig scopes on that. When set to optical/hall we get RPM but trigger scope doesn't look correct to me. Is anyone able to take a look and guide me in the right direction for it. Cheers!   7. Car seems to hit some kind of limiter when on boost around 5800rpm. Can anyone see what it is from my tune file and log ? I had a quick look but I must be missing something. Cheers
  8. Took my car out after changing the clutch to see if it was no longer slipping. Low boost of 15psi was fine, the 1 time I tried high boost I just had plenty or trigger errors, car popped and banged a lot, assuming it was cutting ignition. Any idea from the log on what the cause of trigger error could be, or is it more than likely my wiring which I will redo a sub harness just for triggers with new pins. After I had the trigger errors on high boost, half a pull on low boost I got the errors again. Can see the High boost pull with all tge trig errors at 13mins 40secs.   10. Link Fury G4+ Timing when under light load keeps changing from the igntion table to -4 degrees and 8 degrees. Have attached the tune file and a log.Other log is too big that has most of the -4 degree parts. Cheers

  13. Update. 2 bolts on the back of 1 head came off leaving the ecu ground and passenger coil bank ground unattached. Found plug #3 was as if brand new after the 2 drives and numerous idle logs/trig scopes. Seems like it has killed #3 IGN-1A coil in doing so. Will order a new one and see how I go. After the ground wires went back on and I did a drive, all the trig errors dissappeared. Still missfired and popped and banged at idle and deccel tho obviously. Will come back an update if i manage to get another coil locally, or in a couple weeks when i get back from work and the new coil has arrived.
  14. Have done a few trigger scopes at 2000 and a couple at my normal idle. A small pclog of the idle held at 2000rpm aswell. Hey Guys, Car has been running perfect, then randomly last night the RPM readout started to jump up a few 100rpm for a split second alot of the time and now today it started to missfire as well. No Trigger error counts that I could see.   18. Hey guys, I have bought 2 Rotary Trim Dial's. Using one for Boost Control Table Interpolation which I think I have set up correctly. I want to use the 2nd one to adjust Launch control rpm limit. Having some difficulty on figuring this out as it doesn't seem as straight forward as the Boost Control. Any tips and tricks ? Cheers
  19. LINK Fury G4+ Gm based Iac, after about 20mins of driving the iac seems to lose "home" Rev hang always occurs from this point on for a good 30secs then drops to idle. Has anyone come across this and sorted it out? Cheers
  20. Hey guys, Have a Link Fury ECU. Lambda sensor was working fine for a couple weeks then all of a sudden kepted either having error 16 : heated too long and now randomly whuile driving for 5, 10 or so mins it pops up with Error 40 : IPE or APE. Re went over all the wiring, gave it a new power source direct from a relay on its own and this still happens. Have included a log, ignore how bad the map was as this was the first drive after upgrading to 2200cc from 1000's. Haven't had a chance to redo the map as the Lambda sensor keeps conking out mid drive or sometimes not heating up from the beginning. Sensor is only a couple months old, wouldnt even have 3 hours of use on it.   21. Sorry didn't get a notification for this. Ah okay sweet, I haven't even touched the based position table as I didn't understand it, I'll do some research tonight and have a play around with it tomorrow. Yeah Ecu Hold Power works perfect everytime, laptop always stays connected for the 10secs after igntion off, then ecu turns off and laptop disconnects. Cheers
  22. Hey guys sorry to bother you all again with my "newbie" tuning abilities.. Have started road tuning and logging and all is going well apart from speedo not working/calbirated, goes off the dial by approx 15kmp/h (doesnt phase me so much) But mainly that I am having an issue with "Rev Hang", whenever I clutch in the idle stays at around 2000rpm, or if below 2000rpm already it will raise to there for about 10-15 secs then seems to drop down to normal idle range. Also while coasting with 0 tps input if around the 2000rpm mark it will hold rpm there and keep the car driving forward. I have attached a log file of my latest drive, sorry was a 20 min odd drive but you can see it happen a few time at least (only tuning idle to 3500rpm and not on boost so far so ignore how bad the rest of the map is) and also my tune file. If need be I can go out get some quick logs of just this happening if that makes it easier as well. The car is a cable driven throttle body VY V6 Commodore.
