  1. Found the wiring on NicoClub - IAT is pin 5 Y/G and pin 6 B/W - thanks anyway.
  2. As I am ditching the Nissan MAF that has the IAT wired in , what is the color code or pin out in the MAF cable to fit in a Link IAT sensor to one of the plenums. Makes this simple as there is a Link calibration in the software for the AN Temp 2 that is already in the loom.
  3. Cool - thank you . Easy, as I am going to use a third Dash 6 fuel rail down the middle plumbed into the 3 runners on each side with a hose off the end going to the booster. Simple to add an extra vacuum hose tail straight to the G4X on board MAP as it is used now.
  4. I am finally diving into itb's on my G35. Its running a G4X from 3 years ago and was the plug n play setup using MAP. It has a pair of 14.7 LSU4.9 Lambda's and its currently on a Kinetix V+ 75mm plenum with longtubes. When the ITB's are done I will be adding a plenum down each side to plumb cold air plus big popcharger cone filters in , and my question is this. As I will have the plenums , and like an R35 with twin cold inlets , do I add a pair of MAF's into the existing cold air tubes. It will have to have a vacuum log for the brakes , so a signal is available for Speed Density but I wonder if a better result can be had for road use , if the twin MAF's with VE is a better option. ( can the G4X even handle a MAF on each bank's inputs in tandem with the Lambda's ). Its going to DTec for tune so want it fully ready with the best options on board for that.
  5. I have a G35DE with Extreme P&P and dual widebands installed and working. The car has a bunch of intake mods plus long tubes and large dual exhaust system. I have done as much as I believe I can modifying the base tune with road logging. I hear all the time on varous forums the nightmare scenarios of people getting a full dyno tune , then car does not run that well , so they post logging files ( on here for example ) and real experts like Adam simply cant believe the ineptitude they see in the maps. Here in Tauranga there are several tuning shops that advertise as having Link tuning capability, with shop dyno's. My question is - has Link as a company considered an audit system such that they can confidently recommend to someone like me that wants the answer , who are the go to guys , based on real experience. Now I have a reasonable base tune I am happy to drive the 200Km to Auckland for example , if you know , first hand , someone you would consider as an expert in Link specific dyno tuning. Not only is my money at stake , so is my engine.
  6. So if I use my twin wideband LSU 4.9s and want to run in closed loop is this injector assignment correct. Bank 1 = RF Lambda = AN10 = Injectors 1,3,5 Bank 2 = LF Lambda =AN11 = Injectors 2,4,6 I cant seem to find a reference anywhere that assigns what side of the engine is Bank1 EDIT - thus this leads to what AN-- is defined as Lambda 1 and Lambda 2 when assigning the source for each bank.

    G35 Lambda Wiring

OK , so the 350Z plugin is about to go in. Only question is the Sensor Ground connections. What are these wired to ( if anything ) thus will my tapping into these cause any issues.

    G35 Lambda Setup.

Hi Adam , I have found some more info on the Lambda setup for my 05 G35. Seems to be a difference between what you have as the Lambda signal inputs. This wiring diagram shows both pins 16 and 35 are from the RH bank 1 front Lambda. I will check next on the Lambda plugs what the wire colour codes are to try and define where I need to splice in the dual controller to the loom prior to the ECU. Unless you have already this info. Cheers Wayne

    G35 Lambda Setup.

I have an 05 G35 Coupe. This has factory widebands installed in the headers. The car has a large number of mods done and its now time to purchase a Link, as ultimately I want to go ITB. I have a dual wideband controller , outputing 0-5V , so i can cut into the stock loom , take the stock wideband outputs from L& R banks to input the controller, and wire in the controllers two 0-5V outputs by cutting into the stock loom as well. What pin numbers do you suggest I should use to get this sensor signal into the Link.
