  1. Hi, Maybe @Adamw can achieve that data! Regards.
  2. Thanks Adam for the Decoder, Overrun fuel cut is configured for a threshold of 5% of AP and 2500 RPM. Map.pclr
  3. Hello, I'm experiencing some strange issues with the overrun fuel cut. During track testing the engine was working well, but sometimes you could feel and hear momentaneous power losses. I checked the data and saw a variable 'Limits Word Flags' which coincides with the overrun fue cut activation. It activates correctly when it is under the setted %AP and over the setted RPM, but sometimes the ECU randomly activates it very shortly. I attach the logfile here. Could someone please explain me this 'Limits Word Flags' variable represents? and what the issue with the overrun fuel cut comes from? Thanks in advance. T8.llg
  4. Hello Vaughan, The thing is I'm unable to save a pc log, I can upload an ecu log instead. Is this okay for you? We don't use turbo in the vehicle, do you know of any safety feature which could affect rpm limit?
  5. Hello, I've experienced a problem using electronic throttle regarding ignition cut. The thing is that the engine works properly while running, but when full throttle is applied, it seems like the ECU is limiting RPMs as you can clearly hear the ignition cut. I've searched for safety features of the electronics throttle but couldn't find nothing related to this, does someone know what can be going on here? Thanks in advance.
  6. Okay! Many thanks, we will have to wait for it then.
  7. The thing is that we already developed a map for the staged injection, which is okay but doesn't improve the performance too much. Therfore, we want to study the possibility of improvement in the second stage, by adjusting the injection timing.
  8. Thanks for responding Adam! I explained my issue incorrrectly, sorry. What I would like to achieve is, to have one fuel map for the first stage and one other for the second, this way when the pre-setted RPM are reached and the second stage starts functioning, it does it with a different map while the first stage keeps functioning with its map. Therfore, my issue sums up to how can I configure a different map for each stage. Many thanks!
  9. Hi! We have included an extra ramp of injectors in our prototype's motor and I got to the following issue. I've been searching in the G4+ Configuration and Help section a way to use 2 fuel maps in order to switch between them when the second ramp is active or not, in funciton of the RPM. Does someone have an idea about how to achieve this?

    Full Display Time Plot

Perfect!! Just what I was looking for, many thanks Adam!
  11. Hi, I was playing around a bit with the time plots and I couldn't find a way to plot the logging data to see the variation of it since it started. I mean, you are able to see the full log in a time plot once you stop logging, but while logging, you can only see a short period of the data. I would like to know if it is possible to have a time plot which shows the whole data logged while pc logging. Thanks in advance!
  12. Okay, many thaks! I'll wait for your confirmation about the sampling frequency
  13. Hi, I'm designing a Data Adcquisition to measure the torque of a motor on a bench and I need to know the sampling frequency of the Analog Input Voltage 0-5V in order to determine the RC filter I want to introduce in the signal which is sent to the ECU. Also, it would be very useful to know if the proper ECU has any internal filters in this pin configuration. Thanks in advance!
  14. Here you have Adam, I had to start with 10% of APPS as it won't even try to start at 0% (2.5% of TPS). It went on idling for about 10 seconds and die, the trig1 error counter went up by 2 at the beginning and 2 more errors when the motor stopped. Also, there was a peak of RPM at the moment it died, just like I commented yesterday. 1234.pclr ETB IDLING.llg
  15. Okay thanks, I'll do it this afternoon. Previously I did Trigger Scope while cranking and it was all correct, although I didn't try while idling.
  16. Hi, I'm experiencing a problem with my trig 1 where I turn on the engine and while running at idle, it will start to increase the trig1 error counter. It also shows on screen peaks of about 8000 RPM, when running on idle, which has no sense. Does anyone know what can be going on? It's quite annoying as it won't maintain the idle and die. Also comment that I'm using an electronic throttle body where I'm inputing 10% of TPS (1:1 TPS & APPS) in case it is because it is running too poor and although the valve looks too close for a 10% of TPS, lambda values seem okay, so maybe it's just a wrong supposition.
  17. Hi, I don't know if this happens to everyone when using CAN Lambda, but everytime I turn on the engine, my analog Lambda starts reading instantly whilst my CAN Lambdas take about 10/15 seconds before they start reading. It's quite annoying as many times Lambda readings are very useful for engine starting issues. So, if it is possible, does someone know how to get rid of this annoying reading start delay??
  18. Many thanks, I think my problem was that maybe I didn't unplug the first Lambda that I configured. I'll try it today!
  19. Hi, I bought an extra CAN Lambda sensor and I would like to set it up to have 2 CAN Lambda modules while running. I followed the steps that the help section indicates, but the ECU doesn't seem to find the new module. I checked if the CAN Bus, Ground and Supply are alright and there is no problem there. Does anyone know why this is going on??
  20. Also, the parameter E-Throttle Relay 1 (Status) will tell me if the pin is connected? or if there is power supply or not? I mean, if there is power supply reaching the E-Throttle, is it going to have the value ON (or 1)? and it there is no power supply, I will get as a value OFF (or 0)?
  21. I've got the G4+ Xtreme, not G4X. Therefore my options for the E-Throttle setup aren't same, is there a way to do it in this one?
  22. Yes, but my rule claims to shutdown the supply when this happens for 100ms, whilst according to the safety parameters from the ECU, it does this after 1s I think I see your point here, tomorrow I will look into this and I'll let you know if I've got any doubts. Many thanks!!
  23. Finally, it is possible via CAN or an Output to send a signal to the ECU to make it cut the E-throttle power supply?
  24. I basically have to make sure that the E-Throttle works with other rules I need to apply. So for one of the rules, I need to compare the TPS with the commanded position of the plate and ensure there is no more than 10% difference between them. Therefore, how could I do it to read the duty cycles from the signals in the cables to know the position of the plate? Or via CAN, what would I have to do to send the commanded position out? Also, could you explain in more detail how the Max and Min Clamp works?
