  1. Wahoo! not sure what I did but reverted to previous tune and set my trigger offset to 334 and the car fired up immediately. Very strange considering I tried that same trigger offset multiple times in the last. regardless, car is running beautifully on new setup and trigger offset of 360!! Post a log and see that support says. They've always been able to help me with my issues.
  2. Still struggling mightily to get the 1st startup on this setup. I can crank the car long enough to set the timing offset. However, car still won’t and doesn’t seem to be progressing no matter what I try. There appears to be a severe voltage drop during cranking (see picture)causing all electronics to reset. All wiring on the car is new and healthy. Grounds are all healthy. Battery is brand new. I suspect the guy who made this harness left out some grounds or something. Any idea what could cause such a drop? Thank you 092023.llg 092023.pclr
  3. I did see some arcing on a plug through windshield when cranking but I'll get confirmation on all 4 coils when I can. Engine acts like it wants to catch but doesn't. No popping or strange noises. I wasn't aware you could use a timing light at cranking RPM so I'll be sure to do that as well. I suspect it's an offset issue. With a timing light and IGN-1A coils, I can just wrap the thongs around cyl 1 loom or there a specific wire to use when doing timing light? Thanks for the help.
  4. Sorry, for making multiple threads but I felt it would be confusing posting to old threads with fixed issues. Early 4g63 eagle talon with Kiggly 12t trigger with 1G DSM CAS, ign-1a coils, new engine, new harness. Is there anything else obvious that would cause this no-start? Injector and coils fire when tested and are in correct order. I've tried multiple trigger offsets with nothing working. Thanks for any help you can offer. @Confused @Adamw linkforumshelp7.pclrlinkforumshelp7.llg
  5. Early 1G dsm 4g63 I've narrowed my no-start to an "engine kill". However, I can't determine what is killing it? It looks like the CAN wideband is not reading. Would that cause an engine kill? Speed cable replaced with GPS an issue? Totally confused here. Also, why am I limited to 85kb for a file? I'm not able to post a log or even a picture here....
  6. Hello, all I have a new engine and wiring harness build that I'm trying to start up. Car has Kiggly 12-tooth trigger with 1G CAS with large window removed. Car has also been converted to sequential ignition with IGN-1A coils. Can someone please take a look for any obvious issues? I'm suspecting it's an ignition issue. When I test ignition 1-4, they show up 2143. I'm guessing I need to switch around firing order? Please let me know if you see anything as I suck at ignition and trigger issues. How can I upload log if max file is 100kb? My 10 second log is 300kbs....
  7. Sorry, I was referring to the NOS relay mentioned. That’s what I purchased.
  8. Hello all, I decided to go ahead and get the NOS SSR linked above. Could someone suggest a table or strategy on how to setup an open-loop control for a Walbro 525? Do you just let it idle and reduce the voltage until fuel pressure lowers and go from there? Not sure what the best strategy is to get controller setup up for full operation. Thank you.
  9. You don't have to change any settings in Link if you get the Kiggly 2-tooth but you do if it's the 12-tooth. You would disconnect the "crank angle sensor" ecu wire and connect the Kiggly signal wire to that while supplying switched 12v and a ground.
  10. I fixed this issue. I copied the settings stated in the manually exactly and wound-up choosing parameter "fuel tank level" on the dash and changing the units to %. It showed as 1% on the dash but the ecu was reading 12%, so I changed the multiplier in CAN setup from 1 to 10 and now my dash reads 12%. I think what confused me and a lot of people is they don't explicitly say your custom stream will show up under "fuel tank level". The ANV5 is a custom GP input so I didn't expect it link to the powertune "fuel tank level" because in Link it didn't have that "function" attached to it.
  11. Hi Adam, I've tried 0,1, and2. Unless I'm looking for the wrong parameter on the dash it's not showing up. No fuel level parameter ever shows up and I've tried analog6 on the dash.
  12. Hi, Adam, I'm struggling to get my anv5 Fuel Level working on Powertune. Any pointers? I've used the exact same settings from their manual. Thanks for any help. This is g4+ btw stream.pclr
  13. Thanks Adam, I downloaded their full manual on their website, and I guess it was wrong. It had totally different instructions. Thank you, this worked!
  14. I had success getting my GaugeART CAN gauge to work with Link CAN Lambda but not with my new Powertune/Link CAN lamda combo. I'm able to find the CAN Lambda but not the PowerTune. I've tried all sorts of configurations in CAN setup with no luck. Here is my old GaugeART file. Any help would be appreciated. I'm terrible with electronics. jeff final before new setup.pclr
