  1. I've just updated RS3 to 3.64 and updated MXS dash to 2.40.77 and problem still persists. At this stage the following: Fuel pressure 2 is working Fuel pressure 1 is not working / displaying (-) Boost pot is not working / displaying (-) Diff F pressure is not working / displaying (-) Turbo speed is not selectable / visible Thanks for the help. Much appreciated
  2. https://freeimage.host/i/JcoBqSp RS3 firmware is 3.55.20 DI 7 is EFR turbo speed sensor
  3. I just got back around to this and have double checked and loaded v1.1 ecu file and yes, it is using the file you provided and is not displaying correctly on aim dash
  4. Apologies, I had loaded the incorrect aim file. Fuel pressure 2 is working now. Although, fuel pressure 1 is not displaying anything (-). Boost pot is not displaying a figure either (-). Turbo RPM / Speed sensor off efr turbo DI7 is not visible.
  5. Unfortunately that didn’t solve the issue. AIM dash shows 4.4psi and ECU shows 45psi. Would the Decimal place be in the wrong spot?
  6. Unit's are currently set to PSI for fuel pressure. Not too sure where to find the transmitted data and change to PSI. Attached is my tune & aim mxs display config. Hoping someone knows how to fix this Evo idle issue tune 3 - idling.pclr MXS 1.2 Strada - Evo 9.zconfig
  7. Running a Link G4+ and Aim MXS Dash although it is displaying the wrong fuel pressure. ECU has 2x Fuel rail pressure sensors on ANV2 & ANV6 and is reading correcting on PCLink. Both are consistent. Racestudio 3 has Fuel pressure on CC24. How do I go about selecting ANV2 or ANV6 as the ECU stream?
  8. I've just re-tried this. I've toggled between lambda 1,2,1 and it seems to be working now
  9. Attached is the log and tune evo idle issue 2.llg Evo idle issue tune 2.pclr
  10. I'm trying to quick tune my idle as I've just installed a new FPR, to be able to drive my car to the tuner. Although I'm having an issue trying to get it idling. It is constantly stalling. When I select quick tune, auto or manual - I get an error "No WB Signal". I've checked my can lambda and it is indeed connected to the ECU. Lambda 1 in runtime values is "OK" How do I go about getting this working?
  11. I'm running dual walbro 460's radium hanger -8an feed, -6an return. They're currently both hardwired on the same oem fuel pump wire trigger. This would mean the both pumps run at 13-14v constant and creating too much pressure. (I have a new FPR otw to try and bypass more fuel) I've done a bit more research and; I can have 1 pump hardwired to the oem fuel pump to run at 13-14v constant and the 2nd pump hardwired to a link aux output to run the 2nd pump at 13-14v constant when injector dc rises. Or I can hardwire both pumps at 10v at low load and 13-14v high load. Does the link ecu have tables I can edit to control the oem fuel pump relays? At certain loads / rpm's? I thought this would be an advantage as it will allow the pumps to run less power / cooler at idle / low load?
  12. After a bit of research, the stock Evo wiring should be running the fuel pumps at a slower speed when at low load and engaging fuel pump relay 3 at high load. Is load RPM based or based off the stock fuel pressure regulator? I’ve deleted the stock fuel pressure regulator due to an aftermarket intake manifold and installed an aftermarket fuel pressure regulator but can’t seem to get the pressure down whilst idling
  13. Great. Thanks guys, I'll give this a go and use injector dc
  14. I've 2 fuel pumps and I want to stage the 2nd one, as my fuel system is creating too much pressure whilst my FPR is wide open. A bosch pressure sensor is on the fuel rail to monitor pressures. I want the ecu to turn on the 2nd fuel pump when fuel pressures drop below a certain point. Can AUX 11 on evolink g4+ achieve this? Would the attached wiring diagram work?
  15. Calibrates just fine now, Thanks Adam!
  16. I'm in the middle of setting up E-throttle on my G4+ and am getting an "error 5: TPS (Main ) Movement zero". Pedal has been calibrated, although when trying to calibrate the electric throttle body an error occurs. When I enter "Set up" mode with "run throttle" mode the T/B opens 100%. I then select to calibrate throttle body, it tries to calibrate from WOT / open the T/B wider and then comes up with "error 5: TPS (Main ) Movement zero". TP Main & TP Sub both have voltage readings and change when I manually open & close the T/B. I've gone over the wiring and can't seem to work out what's going wrong. How do I rectify this issue?
  17. Thanks Adam. Great service from Link as usual! I'll be tackling this wiring task myself and will get right into it shortly!
  18. Thank you very much. This is basically what I've come up with: I'm short a 1x Temp sensor & 2x pressure sensors. These are all liquids and I will wire these to my AIM MXS. AN VOLT NAME PART INPUT MAP SENSOR - onboard Link onboard AN VOLT 1 Fuel pressure @ surge tank BOSCH COMBI TEMP/PRESSURE SENSOR AN VOLT 2 TPS 2 (OUT) BOSCH ELECTRIC T/B AN VOLT 3 EFR Turbo speed sensor AN VOLT 4 POWER STEERING SWITCH OEM AN VOLT 5 FUEL RAIL PRESSURE BOSCH COMBI TEMP/PRESSURE SENSOR AN VOLT 6 TPS 1 (OUT) BOSCH ELECTRIC T/B AN VOLT 7 OIL FILTER PRESSURE BOSCH COMBI TEMP/PRESSURE SENSOR AN VOLT 8 PEDAL POSITION LOW BOSCH ELECTRIC PEDAL AN VOLT 9 PEDAL POSITION HIGH BOSCH ELECTRIC PEDAL AN VOLT 10 LCA2 ZEITRONIX FLEX SENSOR AN VOLT 11 AN TEMP NAME PART INPUT ECT OEM AN TEMP 1 OIL FILTER TEMP BOSCH COMBI TEMP/PRESSURE AN TEMP 2 IAT @ MANIFOLD MOTORSPORT IAT AN TEMP 3 FUEL TEMP ZEITRONIX AN TEMP 4 AUX NAME PART AUX BOSCH ELECTRIC T/B MOTOR (+) BOSCH ELECTRIC T/B AUX 9 BOSCH ELECTRIC T/B MOTOR (-) BOSCH ELECTRIC T/B AUX 10 TRANS OIL PUMP AUX 11
  19. AN volt 2 - maf sensor is not in use as I'll be utilizing onboard map sensor and will be used for fuel pressure sensor. AN volt 4 is not in use as I have a link can lambda and will be used for an EFR speed sensor. I believe it is Volts. AN temp 3 is currently used for MAF / intake temp Aus evo ix didn't have: MAP sensor / AN volt 1 or IAT / AN temp 2 from factory. Can I utilize these if there are pin outs on the G4+? Ok great. I think I'll be able to manage to fit all my sensors without the need to upgrade ECU.
  20. I've an Evo 9 with a G4+ - E-throttle. Converting to Bosch DBW and have used up all the inputs on expan. 1 & 2 for the electric T/B & pedal. I also have sensors I'd like to connect to the ECU such as Temp / pressure sensors for fail safety. How do I go about adding more inputs to the G4+? Do I need another unit to add more inputs? I also have an AIM MXS digital dash that accepts sensor inputs, can the input information collected from the AIM MXS be streamed to the Link G4+ to allow for fail safety?
  21. Ok Gotcha! Basically that means all I need to do in terms of wiring is a harness to split the current injector connectors into 2? And connect all primary injectors on odd numbered drives and secondary on even numbered?
  22. Basically I ran out of fuel / injectors at my last dyno tune. 2000cc Bosch injectors were at 90-95% duty cycle. I've since upgraded the system and am now running 2x 2200cc Bosch injectors per cylinder. The car is an Evo 9 - 4G63 so originally only has 4 injectors and I'd like to be able to wire them in to my existing Link G4+. And I'm running E85 @ 43.5psi base fuel pressure. I hope this makes sense!
  23. Thanks for the response. I've read the group/staged injection mode is the way to go in terms of tunability and idle quality. Is this true? If so, how do I go about wiring the primary injectors to odd numbered drives and secondary to to even with this ECU? Are there pins / wires off the ecu plugs?
  24. I've an G4+ Evo 9 with 8 injectors and am looking at how I would go about wiring the extra 4 injectors to my ecu? Are there unused pins I can utilize at the ecu plug connector?
