  1. Yes this is the delay / lag when I let off the throttle like between gear changes . It’s odd as accelerating is spot on ?
  2. 43 ac good - idle a llittle high.pclr Log File Log 2023-05-17 9;49;43 pm.llg
  3. hi all , my on throttle response is spot on but when i let off the throttle it hangs for a second and is annoying me , especially in between gear changes. pics below showing quick on throttle , quick off throttle and pid settings. im not sure what to change with the pid settings to make this better for me.
  4. hi all, i have a 1970 MGB roadster with a 400+rwhp SR20det running a link g4x xtreme. i want to setup traction control as lack of traction has become a issue (hehehe) im needing some advice on the equipment needed to install wheel speed sensors on 1 front and 1 rear wheel, is there kits available or am i going to have to get creative and make brackets etc to make this work as i am more than capable of this just dont know what sensors to use, do i need a disc for the sensor to read and if so how many teeth would it need to be i have never done anything like this so any advice would be appreciated.
  5. thanks for that info as i didnt know you are supposed to draw the air from before the throttle body , i was drawing mine from my atmospheric catch can as it had a spare input. i have now corrected it. yes i already did all the correct setup procedure in open loop then went to closed loop just caught my eye when i was reviewing my logs and saw the idle duty cycle was 10% while moving and thought that cant be right?? im glad i asked now
  6. I noticed in the logging that when driving around my idle solenoid stays 10% open but the idle status shows as rpm lockout?? I changed the dashpot which was 10% to 0 and now it shows 0% in the log when driving but I need the dashpot at 10% to stop the motor from trying to stall when coming back to idle ?? does this mean my idle solenoid is actually open when driving and wouldnt this cause a boost leak??
  7. Hey do you know if this is possible …. I used to run a innovate lc-1 wideband with a speedhut afr gauge on my dash . Now I have link ecu and link can lambda can I set one of the link ecu output wires to send afr signal to the afr gauge? My research is saying The speedhut afr gauge requires a input of .880-3.54volts
  8. Can somebody please explain to me how you wire the resister in to make this sensor work , is it just from the 5v power wire to the sensor wire at the connector ? Thanks
  9. This is the info I received from speedhut when I messaged them last night : “Our GPS speedometer output pulse will pull to ground. If you need a 5V square wave then you will need to wire the output as shown in the attached image except you will need to provide a 5 volt signal instead of 12 volts.”
  10. can anybody tell me how to configure a digital input to receive speed signal from my speedhut gps speedo. thanks
  11. hi i am setting up my link g4x storm with link boost solenoid , my previous setup was nistune with a hks evc4 and i had a button on my steering wheel which when pressed my boost would go from 14psi (low boost setting) to 20psi (high boost setting) for 10 seconds. is it possible to set this up with the link ecu? if so could you explain how please.. thanks
  12. thanks adam for your input , do you have any knowledge regarding s13 iacv for controlling idle? i dont have one at the moment but would like to add one to help with cold starts. i was thinking about either using the factory one ( if they are ok to use) or getting a bosch 2 wire iac.
  13. hi , im new to link ecu . I am in the process of planning out the wiring mainly the input and outputs can somebody please review the lists below to confirm i am on the right track and advise of any thoughts that may help me finalise this plan before starting on the wiring. I have a MGB roadster with a S13 SR20det currently has 340rwhp with all the supporting mods to take it even further. also running nistune soon to be Link any advise would be appreciated. thanks in advance heres a link to my car if your interested https://www.instagram.com/p/CJ8d3X3lj2T/ Analogue Temp Inputs Water Temp Sensor IAT Sensor Oil Temp Sensor Analogue Volt Inputs MAP Sensor Speed sensor (Hall effect) or gps speedo TPS Throttle Position Sensor Oil Pressure Sensor Innovate Wideband AFR Switching Type Auxiliary Outputs Fuel Pump Relay Thermo Fans Relay Boost Setting Indicator Light 1 Boost Setting Indicator Light 2 Launch Control Indicator Light Axillary Outputs ECU Hold Power Oil Pressure Gauge IAC 2 wire Digital Inputs Button - Boost Setting 1 Button - Boost Settings 2 Button - Launch Control ON
