I get a bunch of error messages. It’s a 4 or 5 message rotation on mine.

Does the X and the + have identical can output? They don’t have the X in the software
-
Is there a DBC file available than I can load into the dash software so I have all the available CAN channels that are available to be displayed?
-
Makes sense. E0 isn’t available here and e85+ can only be bought as race fuel. Neven e85 from the pump is hard to find. I would think that if your e10-e85 tune was on point the ecu can handle corrections for e0 and e90 without a hiccup.
-
I figured you should set table 1 at the lowest E and table 2 at the highest E you plan to run and let it blend between them. I’m never going to run e100
-
I’ll try that in the morning. Thank you!
-
This is still very rough on the e80 side but you will get an idea.
-
I’m running the older ID 1700x injectors. I only find one flow number on their site and it’s not fuel specific that I can tell. I have both fuels set to the same number
-
So the fuel charging coefficient for 91 octane which is e10 here is set to 10. On the flex side we are at e80 and the fcc is set to 30. the 91 tune is petty set, should I change the fcc for flex to 10 to get the numbers to line up?
-
Im in the middle of doing the same thing, unfortunately no someone has to manually move everything over.
-
Is it normal that the e85 map actually has less VE than the 91 map? Seems backwards to me, but we keep pulling fuel and the e85 map is still rich.
-
I have mine wired into DI7 but you can put it to any digital input. Set up depends on the sensor you are using. PC Link has good info on the set up in the program
-
Correct. The vehicle runs. I am getting random glitches like the O2 sensor and flex fuel sensor disconnecting. Otherwise I’d never know there was an issue unless I opened the firmware update tool
-
6.22.8 went back into safe mode 6.21.14 is in normal mode
-
Okay so I went back to 6.21.14 and it’s in normal mode. Should I run it there or try and upgrade again?
-
I have the ecu on the bench. Tried a store and power cycle still in safe mode. I tried to reinstall the firmware did a store and power cycle and still in safe mode. Even after that pic where I reinstalled the firmware when I go back in its still in safe mode..
-
Yes Ill try that and let you know. I have a relay sending power to the A5 pin, Ill verify its working.. Also intermittent when I key on the ECU does not respond, no fuel pump and no can signal to the dash. If I key off and back on again everything is fine. It only happens randomly and I can't duplicate it.

Fury G4X You sent me a beta firmware for the Polaris RZR and when I went to upgrade to the Firmware released today it had the same message, and I had done several days worth of power cycles and stores. I just didn't realize the 6.22.7 had done the same thing. I was getting a lot of connection errors 1019, the ecu would disconnect from the laptop during data logs, the Lambda sensor will drop randomly and the flex sensor dropped once.
-
Yes I uploaded the firmware, did a store, did a power cycle did another store and same warning. I just tried it all again and same issue.
-
So I uploaded the new firmware and went back in got this message
-
Ill definitely try your settings. I was just glad it fired... Tried your settings on 270 and -90. did not fire. I definitely want the most reliable sync, let me know what else to try
-
We ended up with this and it starts. Will work on smoothing out the idle and tuning tomorrow.
-
Im at my friends shop using his timing light. The coils are not firing. They work with the old ecu and they work in test mode but not while cranking.
-
Unfortunately no the timing mark is under the crank position sensor. I’ll change the FP to map reference and I’ll switch the fuel back to 91 octane in the morning and see if that helps. Can try ether also if needed. Will post logs in the AM. as always thank you!!
