  1. Hi Adam, I am attaching the map. Anyway, in this capture in on-setup mode you can see how the status of A-10 E-throttle (+) and (-) appear as disconnected when they really are, since they feed the ETB motor and this working. When we connect the ON mode the relay is turned off and de Aux 9/10 too. Thanks greetings 23-04.pclr
  2. We attach the data log of what you have requested with CAN 2 disconnected. It starts in the on-setup state and goes on when the voltage drops. Log 2021-04-19 3;05;54 pm.llg
  3. Yesterday we adjusted the PID parameters and finally the ETC calibration was approved, first image. Then when we changed from setup-on to on mode, the voltage at the aux9 (motor + ETB) and aux10 (motor- ETB) outputs, stop feeding, because the safety functions were activated. In CAN bus 2 there were errors because we had everything related to CAN bus 2 disconnected. Should we have it all connected so that it will stop being in security mode? fsupvteam_ETB_0_to_20_ONSETUP.llg
  4. Hi Adam, with the ON mode, as you may see in the logfile "fsupvteam_on" no change occurs on the throttle opening and the motor does not try to open either (no sound can be heard) when we send a 10% target value. Also, you may find the logfile "fsupvteam_error5_onsetup" with the data from the automatic setup, where the e-throttle body does open and close 100%-0% and error 5 pops up. There, the motor does sound even after the error has appeared. Thanks for your help fsupvteam_error5_onsetup.llg fsupvteam_on.llg
  5. I have changed the aux 9 frequency to 500Hz and deleted the stream 6 parameter. Then I have changed the values of the PID until the ETB was not oscillating (in the images below you can see these parameters). After that, I have tried to automatically calibrate the TPS, but an Error Code 5 have appeared. Also I attach you the record of the response when a calibration was intented. Also, the ETB is still not responding with the mode ON selected.
  6. Prueba_ETB_17-4.pclr Hi, I attach you the tune and the datasheet of the e-throttle body (32mm diameter). Also I attach a video where you can see the oscillations. We have set the PID parameters as the link g4+ contents typically recommends. Also it is important to say that I have tried again to automatically calibrate and the Error 16 has not appeared, and the calibration has been completed. Moreover, when the mode ON-SetUp is selected, is when I can see the oscillations, but when the mode ON is selected, the ETB is not responding. Thank you for your answer. https://www.bosch-motorsport.com/content/downloads/Raceparts/Resources/pdf/Data Sheet_68749835_Electronic_Throttle_Body.pdf WhatsApp Video 2021-04-17 at 10.19.40.mp4
  7. Hello, we are trying to calibrate the ETB, but we get error 16: cannot reach target 98. We try to configure it with recommended calibration parameters but the same error continues to appear. This happens in step 8 of the calibration, after calibrating ap main and ap sub, just when comparing the 2. The ETB begins to oscillate rapidly. We have read that limiting the position of the ETB to 92 could make it stop giving error but we do not know how to limit it right now. Do you know how to limit it or what options we have to stop giving that problem?

    Failure in CAN 1

Thank you for the response. I have tried to disconnect these cables maintaining only CAN and ground connected, and the problem is still happening. Does the ECU recognise the contacts on the connector or something like this?

    Failure in CAN 1

Hello good, we are testing sending control signals from the computer to the ECU through a cable that transmits CAN signals with a specified USB. Having the ECU connected, just when we connect CAN 1 the ECU is disconnected. We believe that it is a specific problem that we have not yet found with the wiring, but checking the connections we have not found electrical continuity problems. Do you know what could be happening? From the port communication I only use CAN H and CAN L of CAN-1
