Was not plugged in at the time so that’s why it reads error, when plugged in and running the frequency was at 119hz but still reading 0% on the percentage reading

Just switched over to E85 i can see the hertz from 50-150, temp reads, but on the % ethanol it only reads 0, what is needed to make that read 0-100?
