Is the driver type of AUX4 set to Low Side?
Are the other AUX outputs (e.g. warning light) working properly?

If A2 & A4 are grounded and you set aux 4 to "test (on)", does the fuel pump run?

Im not sure how much help I can offer since it is a japan only vehicle we have no info here or wiring diagrams etc.  I assume all factory data will be japanese only which may not be very useful to me.  If you have a link to a factory wiring diagram please share it and I will take a look to see if I can help.
Your attachement "JA4 wiring" isnt available.

I will also ask user @Mach if he can maybe offer any help, I know he has a E07Z engine with a Link ECU so maybe he has some advice or knowledge.

Unless you have a special reason, there is no need to keep the normal ECU.
The trigger pinout seems to be correct before the change. It would be reluctor sensor, therefore no voltage would be output when the engine isn't running.
(However, you may need to switch the +/- because Honda engine has reversed rotation direction.)
I think the connection of LG1/2 is to GND (not shield).
The wiring is different from my vehicle, so I am not sure.

    I got it!
    Is the GND connected right?
I think you need to connect LG1(A26) and LG2(A24) to the GND.
And make sure PG1(A4) and PG2(A2) are also connected to GND correctly.

    Hello.
I'm using LINK ECU by piggy back and sensor inputs are branched off from the factory ECU.
Therefore, I am sorry that I don't have much advice for wiring.
In temperature calibration, "Honda Type A" should be available.

Your wiring in the .xlsx file appear to be mostly correct, But I think there are potentially 2 small mistakes:As
Pin A19 - I think this is just a signal from the igniton switch to tell the ecu that the engine is cranking.  This should be connected to a digital input, not an aux output. Pin A7 & A8 (Aux 4) - I think this is actually to control the fuel pump relay, not the main relay.   As for the crank and cam sensor not working, my only thought is from the wiring diagram it is not clear which pins are ground and which pins are signal.  So it maybe worth trying to swap D5 with D6 and swap D10 with D9 as sometimes you will find the sensor, wiring or factory ecu connects one of those pins to ground.

RightsBlue reacted to UK Lee in Wiring a Link Monsoon G4x to a Cosworth YB engine - I've created a schematic but is it correct ?
Hi Everyone , I'm very new to the world of engine management (being more used to contact breakers & condensers !) but am very enthusiastic ! .  I've been lurking for a while but this is my first ever post. I'm building a Cosworth YB Turbo powered Ford Escort Mk1 and have bought a new Link Monsoon G4x to take care of the engine management. I'm also using a boost control solenoid and a Wideband lambda controller.
I'm going to be making my own wiring harness using a Link Loom A as the basis. I figured the best place to start would be to fill in the I/O table and use a schematic for myself to follow. i couldn't find anything that i could copy during a google search ( lots of mazda rotary stuff) but nothing for a typical 4 cyl turbo motor. I also looked in the PC Link help files , and whilst theres some great detail in there - its all split up into individual sections and i couldn't find a total 'system' wiring diagram .
So , I've created my own - and here it is . However - this is my first ever go at doing something like this , and i'm bound to have made some schoolboy errors . Could i ask for the benefit of your experience , and ask you to take a careful look at my schematic and let me know if Ive got anything wrong please ?
I've followed the wiring colours of the Loom A as best i can , and i'm sure that most of my component symbols are innacurate - but the important thing is are my ECU pins connected to the right places ?
    I'd really appreciate any guidance.
    Lee
