  2. Just fitted kitcar heater matrix too s15 drift car and abit close too ecu .After long drive 50 degrees internal. Is this OK fir the ecu Thanks
  3. lean on hot start due to heat soak . would these charge temperature approximation settings solve. running 50-55 degrees iat temp driving hard then light cruise and traffic im reading 75 which obviously is heat soak thanks map attached . S15 SILVIA 1UZFE SUPERCHARGER BASE map (1).pclx
  4. hi thanks for reply . yea thats why thought i done a setting wrong , from inpecting last nite not sure it genuine walbro pump , says on it walbro but means nothing these days . compared genuine one looks little different , i have ordered a deutschworks 340lph unit and pressure sensor for the fuel regulator ,hopefully this resolves my issue . i have copy my map before pulling fuel table all over so i can go back to that as base point if fix the issue .i noticed when turn off t pump dont hold pressue for even few seconds also. it feeds into the left rail . pair bridge lines to right rail then line from right rail to pressure reg and back tank . set at 4.5 bar atm . thanks again will report back when have fresh pump and pressure sensor in .
  5. hi there changed my 1uzfe from itbs to m112 supercharger . with elate mfg inlet and bosch 440cc injectors. and no matter how much fuel add to fuel table its lean soon as positive pressure ,its driving me nuts . going to add fuel pressure sensor to reg so can check pressure as going at weekend . i have tried turning the pressure up . tried diff master fuel and changed whole fuel table tp map not tps axis and still same .says injector duty cycle reached. not sure if i messed setting up . its got bosch 440cc ford focus st injectors and walbro 255lph intank, is this eneugh for 1uzfe at 8-9psi boost i now seem to be just making me whole tune a mess messing around with it . used to rev up fine on itbs . now if rev gently to say 15% throttle it holds about 13-14 afr , anymore than that it goes lean and cuts about 2500-300 depending how hard press pedal even in neutral which very odd. any suggestions welcome . i could have just messed setting up but cant keep trying it lean as it wont do it any good. will attatch map and log of drive and log of rev wont let attach long drive log yet will try comment it . attched a netural rev log thanks S15 SILVIA 1UZFE SUPERCHARGER BASE map (1).pclx PC Datalog - 2021-07-30 4;33;02 pm.llgx have 7 minute log can email over if someone can help .wont let me attach should also add i have tried accel enrich on tps and map on various settings i thinking 255 lph not enough or 440cc injectors not enough or i messed injector setting up .
  6. Which is the best option for 1uz coolant temp sensor in the drop down menu for ect . Seems off compared to laser thermometer on the water bridge . Thanks in advance
  7. Thanks again mate. Hopefully new cam sensor comes start next week and try lowering filtering after that . Semsor earth is bolted to engine block not body this wouldn't cause interference would it ? Seem to be the cam filtering that issue .so gona try normal 1uz trigger 1 settings tomorrow and see if ok if is then I wait for new cam semsor and go from there . Hi again quick update after some testing this morning now have 1uz arming settings and level 2 trigger 1 filtering but level 3 cam trigger filtering and issue gone pic attached. Well.worth trying new cam sensorr wen turns up a think
  8. Hi mate so tried settings u said and no good as was but if turn filtering to 4 on cam and level 3 crank with those settings . I domt get any trigger errors all way to 7k limit no issues . Even now tried normal 1uz arming threshold but max filtering and its fine. Now is it causing any issues running thst much filtering with no faults Don't get why need so much filtering I bought link ecu plug with 2.5m loom and soldered all new connections to end.of wires no joins . The trigger Conections shielded to about 1 inch off end . Can hit limter at 7k hard now and no trigger errors tho . I guess want as Little filtering as possible ? Or it ok on level 4 if works Thanks
  9. Hi so tried less and seemed to actually make worse rev counter was dropping zero on limter. Tried settings attached and seems litrle better. Duno what to try next . Will upload logs soon on laptop
  10. hi thanks for the reply . i thought being the x model was new or is it early x ? yeah the arming threshold is currently as the 1uzfe section for setup recommends . i did try small drop in arming threshold will try further . you mention try something as below ,should there be attachment? thanks for time will try lowering arming threshold tomorrow evening and let know how goes .

  12. so im making a base tune but having issues with triggers above 6500 rpm. If i set the rpm limit to 6500 or below it sits on limiter with no trigger errors. If i set it above that most of the time its cutting trigger 1 for 250ms. Tried all sorts of rpm limiter settings thinking that was the issue, but if set the limiter higher it still does trigger the issue around 6500 to 6800. It has shielded trigger wires earthed to the ecu and a new crank sensor. Runs the 1uzfe settings found on trigger page with level 2 filtering. But the problem still remains when its been running a while. It runs honda k20a coils and i have adapted dwell times to suit and it still remains the same.
