  1. Hi, We are using WRX11 on a STI VAB. The basic setting and tuning all good on Dyno. However the ABS and Traction control lights on the dash and the ABS system not working. Sometimes the dash shows LOCK at the C.Diff as well. Would like to see if anyone experience with this or there maybe some bugs with the CAN integration. We have checked the runtime values and didn't see any problem with the wheel speeds on all 4 wheels. On the other hand, the AC Pump keeps running non-stop and makes the coil freeze up. It seems it didn't cut off itself. The clutch goes on and off according to AC request and works flawlessly. See anyone could help. Thanks!
  2. Hi, Installed an WRXLinkV11 on VAB JDM STi, updated all firmware and software everything works ok. However the AC request on DI7 seems not working. The status of DI7 keeps flashing between Active/Inactive quickly. no matter what the setting, it seems there is no relation between the AC button and the DI7. push or not doesn't make any changes. The only way to switch off the actual AC clutch is setting the DI7 active state to LOW like below picture. However the AC Request is still at Active State. Oppss Found the issue.. VAB AC Request on CAN DI5.. problem solved. Is it the VAF/VAB AC request pinout is different from GRB ?
  3. Does the TTXLink use the stock primary O2 sensor as the calculation for close-loop fueling? or do we have to add an external wideband O2 like other plugin ECU does?
  4. Hi, We have a 350Z twin turbo setup and would like to retrofit the G37 intake manifold to the engine with dual e-throttles. Currently the car is using 350Z PnP G4x. is it possible and add a RET for the extra throttle body, or simply wire the throttle to the expansion pins? Thanks!
  5. You can't really start up the engine with the Link base map provided. As per my experience, you have to do timing sync correctly and you can fire it up. The base timing from the base map is far off. No matter R33 GTR/ R34 GTT/GTR. Can't really start the engine without timing sync.
  6. Hi, We have tuned a car with MonsoonX ECU for a while, and recently we would like to upgrade it with StormX with more IO. Is there any method we can convert the MonsoonX calibration to StormX? or it will upgrade automatically if writing the monsoonX file to Storm? Thanks!
  7. Hi, I've some problems with connecting the Link RET to MonsoonX and the Ethrottle. Connected TPS Main/Sub to AN Volt 3&4 Connected APS Main/Sub to AN Volt 1&2 Connected M+ and M- or RET to throttle body motor Connected Signal 1&2 of RET to AUX3/4 of Monsoon. Connected Enable* wire to AUX6 of Monsoon and set as Ethrottle Relay The APS calibration can be done properly. However, the TPS calibration cant go through, and prompted no movement of TPS main detection. I'm not sure whether that's the problem with the RET Enable wire.. All wirings look ok for my understanding. The Calibration setup as per below pic. Opps All good now. Double-checked the wiring the M- misplaced at the RET unit. Thanks for attention.

    It should be fine. As the car is with a low boost add on turbo. What I need to tune will be only the inj and ign. Boost run with gate pressure. Ignoring VVT. Let me order the RET now! Thanks Adam.

    Thanks Adam, Successfully started the engine now with the recommended setting and trigger offset. A Side question, as the engine is running e-throttle. Can I add an RET for throttle control with the MonsoonX? Now the stock ECU controls the throttle itself, making the idle jump around. hopefully, this is the last piece of puzzle.

    Working on a 2ZR-FE Toyota engine running monsoon as piggy pack. Running the trigger scoop I can see 34 at trigger 1 at the crank. should be 36-2 For trigger 2 I have no idea what setting shall I go for. Ignoring sync engine fires and stalls very shortly. Anyone could help?

  12. Hi, Recently working on a SR20DET with 5-0 Ignite cam trigger kit installed. With 24 plus 1 cam trigger wheel installed at the cam. Following the instruction with 5-0 ignite provided however no rpm signal was shown. Ran a trigger scoop and seems the trigger 1 and 2 signals are inverted. any recommendation and setting can be made with the trigger scoop as per attached? Opps problem sorted with filpping the dip switch on the board to ADM
  13. Hi Adam, How i can get the fuel level data out on 350Z plugin? I believe the 350Z is running via CAN signal for fuel level in stock form. maybe im wrong.
  14. Im trying to do the same with the 350z plugin g4x. How do you know the CAN ID for fuel level is 1100? I guess you may need to add a custom CAN channel at PowerTune Dash to recieve the data u transmit. The preset dbc at powertune shouldt included this for link ecu.

  16. Thanks Adam, Tested and it works with alternative CAN setting. One more question. I can see the S Mode switch signal at CAN AN1. how I can set it up for switching dual boost targets. Tried to create with GP Rotary switch, but at the boost target table 2 activation setting I can't pick GP Rotary switch as an option. Thanks for your suggestion.
  17. Hi, Recently installed a WRX11 G4X plugin ECU to a GR WRX STi, everything works well and is tuned well however the ABS light and the key immobilizer light keep on on the cluster. Is there anyway can make them off with ECU setting?
  18. Hi All, Since the Link G4X plugin ECU for RX7 is not supporting the stock sequential turbo. Does anybody have an idea how the easiest way to get those twins to run in parallel with Link G4X. Is it the exhaust manifold flap MUST be deleted mechanically as well as the charge Y pipe flap too? Or I can leave it as it is and just tune it? Thanks a lot!
  19. For the knock control when setting up the knock thresold table, shall i look at the knock signal from individual cylinder or just looking at the Global knock level? Yes i have tried my best to balance out the knock signals on different cylinders. But sometime from the logs showing one particular cylinder appears knock but not showing at the Golbal knock level. So i'm confuse how the knock control system actually works according to the Global Knock Level or individual cylinder knock level. Thanks!

  21. Hi Adam, I dont see any signal from the knock sensor either i input the gain to 10 or lower,7k narrow band nor any wideband sensor calibration. Any hints?
  22. Hi All, We are having some issue with the Battery light on Dash with the H20X plug in ECU. The ECU is using on a JDM DC5 Type R, everytime when we leave off throttle, when the rpm goes back down to 800rpm. The Battery light on dash would flash. Do we need to turn the Alternator Control "on" at AUX 8 and do some setting with that? Its still with the base file we are just testing out the functions of this new plugin ECU. Thanks for your help

  24. Hi All, I;m working on a 350Z Turbo with using 350ZLink G4X ECU. AUX8 is used for Boost Solenoid. I would like to add one more PWM control for the WaterMeth injection. But it seems there atre no more availble PWM output for it. AUX4 is emply but it seems no pins for connection to it. Is there anywhere i can hook up the Meth SSR to the ECU?
  25. Thanks Adam, Updated the firmware to 6.21, verified the base timing (-25 degree further), did a Cam Angle Test and no error occur anymore. Thanks a lot for your help
