  1. I tested and yes it's within the spec. What I did find that since the Fuel Pump and Staged second pump on a relay which is hotwired for max Voltage to the Pumps and I run 2 two Fans; there is to much amperage needed to drive everything. I was able to install a 250amp alt and took out my 125amp. Now, at idle the ecu reads 13.6 volts with everything running and battery volts at 13.84 . So I think we got it solved! I just don't think the 125amp alt could keep up. Thank you AdamW
  2. Ok, I get 12.4 Volts on the pins which is the battery at its solid state with IGN on second position. The ECU is at 12.19 volts. Seem right? I'll look over some harness grounds on the looms for the engine in case one is loose
  3. Hello, I am having trouble finding why the Linkecu PNP G4 is suddenly reading lower voltage while driving causing issue to go into throttle sometimes to voltage loss. Has done this before and now starting to do so. Equipment on Car electronic loads: 125amp Alternator Hotwire relay kit to a 525lph hellcat FP/ Spal dual electric fans/ AEM wideband/ Link G4+ PNP On a cold start and into idle, the ECU reading os 13.38 or more volts. On a hot start after driving it will be 13.02 volts. Linkecu reading 12.3 to 12.8 volt cruising and then stopping to come to an engine idle it reports 13.01 volts. The big 3 wires are new and are 0-1 gauge in sizing. My whole wiring specialities engine harness is new and have a new 125amp alt and new AGM battery. What I did, while having IGN on : Pin 49 shows battery Voltage of 12.4-12.5 probe with ECU connected and Link PNP reading 12.21 volts. With engine run its 14 volts and Link PNP reading 13.38 volts Now moved to testing battery etc: I have a charge and battery test and all passed. Cranking Voltage at 11.8 and charge test at 13.8 volts. Both Battery and Alt. are new. I fixed an issue a while back for PIN 16 fixing pin 45 for Voltage loss which help the PNP stay on while cranking. Wiring Specialities harness used a different ECCS relays other than stock. But I haven't had this problem before. What advise can anyone help with. Is this not normal for battery to be different than what Link is reading.
  4. Got it thank you for your help I'll need the expansion loom and use ignition 7 and ignition 8
  5. AdamW, Thank you for the reply. Ok, if I were to use pin 6 which is the factory Fan relay doesn't that have the fans all going at the same time? That will be three fans moving air through. I'll need to get another loom in order to use ignition 7/8 in which on the R32 its not on the factory pin out harness. Does this make sense.
  6. AdamW, Looking at my G4 plus, pinout don't have locations of open Auxs to have Relay to be connected to. Like if i where to.use ignition 7 and 8 as fans. I still have the OEM hooked up as it was. Do i splice Relay pin 85 the two fans into this and have all three on? I would like to control them specifically and have radiator fans specifically and condensor and overfan. What pinouts can i use for ignition drive 7 and 8, manual for R32 GTR G4 plus doesnt have this located. Let me take a look at my expansion loom i have. Its current in use with flex fuel sensor. I don't think i have two expansion looms. If i were to use AuX 7 as my relay ground switch maybe i can test proir to getting an another expansion loom. Please help
  7. Awesome thanks again for your help I'll search on the G4plus for open AUXs like 5 thru whatever and go through fan control for specific fans etc. What's a good hysetis deg incremental number ..around 4 deg on each power on for fans?
  8. Relay wiring Pin 85 to ECU Pin 86 to 12v Ignition source fuse Pin 30 12v battery source Pin 87 to Fans or Fan Does this sound correct?
  9. Thanks for the reply. Yeah, I was planning to have the twin fans come on at specific temp like 180 Deg F and the Aux fan/AC FAN ON when AC is on and at over Temp 190* F. I should be running a separate wiring for the radiator fans and keep the OEM wiring design for the AC fan. I have the AC controlled my Temp by LINKECU G4plus right now. Let me know about suggestions Lol, sorry AdamW I think after reading your post, you explained it lol. Mainly I need help on terminal locations for relay wiring and which one the linkecu is wiring to.
  10. Hello, I about to replace the OEM clutch fan with two 12 inch Spal fans on my Koyo n flow. I still have the fan in front for AC condenser/overheat, in which I control by the G4+. I wanted to ask on how to get the twin fans setup to be used by the G4+ controls. Do I find open AUXs to use and wiring Relays, and have the ECU control the ground? And set them accordingly on Fan display table? I some need help. Thanks
  11. Do I need to de-pin 104 or 106 for use ? Or splice into that wire off ECu pinout? I'll connect it to terminal 85 on relay.
  12. Ok. 85 to ecu pin 106 or 104 for Aux output. Since as I read other topics, the Ecu controls the ground
  13. Or: 87 to fuel pump 30 power inline fuse 86 power 12+V switched 85 to Ecu that controls ground of relay
  14. I have a five pin relay : 30 power with inline fuse 85 ground 86 to ecu pin for AUx output 87 to fuel pump I just wanted to make sure that this is correct, or does the ecu pin signal get place somewhere else ?
  15. Rrob, thank you again for your reply and time. I'll start wiring it up
  16. Yes, initially the pervious tuner was trying to control the stock overheat fan but that didn't make sense using Aux 1, but the eng fan is powered by the inj 8 output.
  17. Ok awesome thank you Adamw, but what feature on Aux2? GP output and set conditions. Or?? Should I turn off Aux 1 off it's also not doing anything
  18. Sorry for the misunderstanding, reason why Iam asking about the FCPM is that I have the fuel pump hotwired with a Relay using the connection to tank. I don't see a change in FP speed since the FCPM isn't controlling Pump Voltage due to relay wired in. But yes you explained it on how it's wired as if now in your first reply. What I need help in is getting an another fuel pump wired and stage controlled for more fueling. AUX 6 - Fuel Pump I will be using that since the ECU been installed, that will be used for the main pump. For my secondary pump, just have it switched on with the same AUX? but how would I have it set/change conditions for it to be a staged pump. The pumps are two different types, main pump would be a 450lph and the secondary 525lph. Would thsi staging cause a fuel pressure problem when secondary pump kicks on if I GP OUTPUT cond it for InJ duty % Thanks, just need help with this.
  19. I also have the one current pump hotwired relayed. So I don't use the factory FPCM on the R32. I need clarification on AuX 1 and AuX2 on linkecu if since I don't use the FPCM doesn't play anything when testing or it's because the FCPM IS NOT IN USE. I was to wire the secondary pump to AUX 1 and use that.
  20. Hello everyone, I have a G4+ on my R32 GTR and about to use a secondary pump for my furthered E85 tune for fuel addition. I current have a pump hotwired with relay and will add a pump in tank with its own relay system. I am asking for help on Aux output use and wiring for the Link to control the new secondary pump. Looking at what I have used the Aux 1 is in Eng fan , and Aux 2 is FP Speed. Most of the INj drivers are used for all 6 inj and inj7 ISC solenoid followed by inj8 Eng Fn. I just need help on if I can use AUX 9 or 11 to use as a GP output and control the pump with injector duty % >. Using the link to control the pin on relay.
  21. Fixed************** For any R32 owner if AC doesn't work while at stop or low speed and only works at highway speeds. Do a self Diagnostic of the AC and use Manual to trace and meter and if you have a faulty AMB temp change or repair it code 21. NOW THE AC works on command. THANK YOU AdamW for the insight on help.
  22. Went through AC self Diagnostic. Found code 21 which is outside AMB Temp Sensor. It's reading -30*C , this is not the case as the AMB temp (OAT) is currently in my area of the world FL is 62 F. I'm thinking this is casuing the AC Clutch to be not requested on low speed or at stop. The only time AC was working was when I was at highway speeds for 10 min or longer.
  23. I'm going to check the connection near the AC compressor there are two large connections and two smaller on the Compressor. Found corrosion on large connection
