Itb turning process bmw v8 engine. Also want use variable length intake air flow system from later model engine.

Hi everyone,I'm building a hybrid bmw engine m62b44 short block and m60b40 heads a combination know as a frankenmotor for a e46 gtr replica was goin to use itb set up but have acquired a n62b48 engine with adjustable airintake system can this be adapted to the earlier non vanos engine with link ecu management.
