Pipe get hot red i've colved,this is the map after my dyno, at some high rpm point like 9000rpm it still gets red in 1min. And this log is that i changed map sensor to cylinder1 manifold as your advice for trigger2 a few days ago, and you help me set up trigger2. Finally, using the trigger set in my map , the 50% probability of sucess ignition you said didn't happen,i can fire up the engine in every crank,I am wondering how this is going on? HQUclx700 ver1.0.pclx trigger2 map level.llgx i set the base timing using a timing light and high speed camera , picture 1 is the engine at cylinder1 tdc. Picture is the engine is cranking when enter base timing set interface.

Why tdc angles incorrect would cause to exhaust pipe hot red?

And in this set up,it didn't have 50% of ignition success probability adamw told me few days ago ,but can igniton every craniking.This may be the problem?

I got a 2 cylinder 180 degree motocycle engine ,no cam seneor.Running at 3000 rpm with no load the exhaust pipe become red.And the sound don't like 2 cylinder engine, so i doubt it have fuel shortage.This is the map and log.Picture and sound i will put in reply zone. HQUclx700 ver1.0.pclx PC Datalog - 2022-08-29 10;40;35 pm.llgx 3000RPM no load become this ,just in 2minute.I also put the sound here 20220829_224152.m4a

Why analog gear position sensor cann't choose the 10k-ohms internal resistor? In 1k-ohm the voltage dfference between gears is very small.

This is the map i use now. Why the engine will Fuel Shortage(cylinder2 don't work) when choose Sequential,and change to Multi-point Group it become normal.What is the difference of this 2 mode? HQUclx700 ver1.0.pclx

This is the intake system,now i use.Compare to OEM it have not ITB,the thtottle is inside the red circle i draw.I am not sure with this change whether the pressure drop is enough for determine inteke or power stroke or not.

Thanks Adamw with the help of timing ligh tand high speed camera i finally fired the engine,the tdc offset i determined is -140. When "1 T" lined up with mark 5, cylinder 1 is on TDC. As to trigger2 mode,yeah,this engine does not have cam sensor. I asked about this question a few days ago.By my understanding of your reply ,it have 50% of chance to sync ,if not then stop crank and crank again.Now i am planning to change Map sensor to manifold attached cylinder1.

The picture i attached below is the trigger tooth of my engine.This engine is a CFmoto clx700 engine which is improved from kawasaki 650.It has 4 timing mark which one should i see in link software way? My pclx file is also down there HQRclx700 ver1.0.pclx

I have a gear number sensor working like temp sensor so i try to connect it to temp channel,but i don't know how to calibrate gear number by the ohms.

And how can i calibrate gaer number by the sensor's resistance connected to analog temp?
