  1. Hi all, I have now got the car (JZS-161 aristo with single turbo) running on the kurofune albeit in desperate need of a tune which it will hopefully get next week. At the moment though there are no knock sensors wired in as I have upgraded to bosch widebands over the stock single wired ones. Where would i wire these into the kurofune? Is it on the connections at the front of the ecu as they are the only ones marked up as knock? Or can they go into spare signal pins at the back? If it is the front connector, does the ground go to the front as well, or sensor ground? Many thanks
  2. Just to update, I replaced the crank wheel and the car started no bother. Thanks for all the help guys, lifesavers! Now I need to work out why the TPS has stopped working which has thrown my gearbox into limp mode. One step forward, 2 steps back!
  3. No not yet, need to wait for it to arrive.
  4. So I've swapped the wires round on the cam sensor, and after investigating I found a broken tooth on the crank wheel. Does the trigger 2 look better after the wires were swapped? Trigger Scope Log 2022-07-25 3;49;07 pm.llg
  5. The cam sensor could very well be wired wrong as I just replaced the connector. Must have got them back to front. The cranking speed does stall intermittently and it can backfire very occasionally. I've attached the latest base map. Very surprised that there would be a tooth missing or damaged as it's a brand new crank wheel. But if that's the case then I guess I better start pulling it apart again tomorrow. Thanks so much for your input guys. Will let you know what I find. Aristo 2 inj settings change.pclr

  7. Hi all, new to the forum and ECU's in general. First off, I am not a tuner, so go easy on me please. Nothing to complicated! I am having an issue with starting my Aristo after removing the engine to do some refreshing and converting to single turbo. The kurofune was already installed prior to removing the engine and ran it relatively well. Since putting the engine back in, it just wont start. It's the same map that ran it before, but I've changed the injectors as well. My local tuner has updated the map to something that should be close to the correct setup for the injectors, so they should work. I have done injector and ignition tests and all come back working. Base timing is bang on. Compression test shows I have compression. And the kicker is that if I remove the Link from the equation by disconnecting the piggyback harness, the car starts! Albeit running terribly as there are some sensors relocated to the link or just been removed altogether such as the MAF. When cranking on the link it kicks back on the starter making really nasty noises, and tends to run backwards for a second after i stop cranking. The log I've attached shows lots of trigger errors, with the engine speed going up to 200rpm then jumping to over 1000rpm before then going to 0, all while I'm still cranking and just repeats this over and over. The battery voltage is dipping as well, and the trigger arming is not consistent either. I've replaced the cam sensor and I am waiting on a new crank sensor, but it's coming from Japan so will be a few weeks. I'm thinking it's possibly the crank sensor, or maybe a wiring issue. Maybe an earth? Has anyone got any light to shed on this as I'm at a loss to be honest. Thanks aristo non start 1.llg
