  1. Hey Guys! Making up my own COP Kit for my SR using some bosch VAG group coils 2 questions : Does anyone have the correct swell settings needed for these coils? apparently same as the R8 ones just the black variant. And will i need to use resistive style spark plugs, ( BCPR7ES ) just wanting to get my information correct and get it done properly the first time. Thankyou as always!   2. Hi Adam, Wanting to set up knock settings before dyno. is the settings for wide band knock control under the normalised knock a good starting point being it’s a forged engine ? Reason being i want to do some pulls at gate pressure and standard timing to ensure it’s clean the whole way through rpm range and ensure that the trigger or anything else won’t become an issue before wasting time. Thanks heaps for the reply as always! it’ll be on the dyno in the next few weeks for power runs and see how the trigger goes. revs very clean up to 6500rpm at this stage. ideally an upgraded trigger is on the cards once funds recover, not going for huge power at this stage. That was an old log i had to display the ROC. You legends have fixed my idle issues already. haha Thankyou
  4. Hey Guys, Another query before final tune. Ive noticed my engine speed ROC is very erratic, no trigger errors. Car runs quite faultless also. Is there any settings i can use to get this to almost identical to true engine speed ? Factory CAS and wiring. Ill attach a log file, Thankyou guys. ROC.llgx

  6. Just confirmed what i have on the car currently. it’s a brand new bosch donut replacement sensor from EFI solutions and is a 2-pin sensor. Will this be fine to use ? Car goals : 98oct , 18psi boost.
  7. Hey Guys! Coming towards the end of run in and doing final prep before dyno tune. After some knock sensor advice. Sr20det factory knock sensor harness is a 2 - wire setup. Can i get a bosch Wideband knock sensor and rewire to factory harness and re calibrate through the g4x ? Looking for some real world data. Other option is an external 2 wire shielded setup, in that case is there anywhere to wire it direct to the ecu or would it needed to be tapped into the existing knock sensor pin outs ? I currently have a new bosch knock sensor in place but unsure of the accuracy due to being a stroker with different bore size and stroke than oem. Thanks guys!
  8. Problem solved! Adjusting the MAP lockout means i could turn on and adjust idle ignition control and sits at a happy 1050rpm lights on and off with no changes! Thankyou everyone.

  11. Hey guys, Ill attach a file of it idling with lights off, then lights on. Basically, idles fine, drives great etc. once lights go and come to an idle it hunts. have turned on iacv voltage compensation but didnt seem to change anything. I know my 13v injector dead times are incorrect as there was none given for 13v range. injectors are bosch 980cc . Unsure were else to look currently. currently has a run in tune on it done by myself. Any feedback/ help will be appreciated. Thankyou s13 idle hunt.llgx For some more insight. its a 2.2L with kelford 188-b cams ( 268-272 ) 980cc injectors top feed. stock intake manifold, iacv, throttle body etc, garrett g30-660
  12. UPDATE: timing light not picking up spark with plugs in or out. fired up and set base timing that way. thanks for all of your help!
  13. Hi Adam, im getting stable rpm while cranking. tested all ignition outputs and all sparking to there corresponding cylinders. i have 3 current trigger errors. they only appeared once i stopped cranking. ill attach a cranking file no errors seem to be popping up atm. Log 2.llg
  14. thanks for the reply. i thought that may be the case. setting up the timing light i don’t seem to be getting spark. it sparks on cyl 4 through the pro cop kit but not cylinder one. anything else to look out for settings wise? or is it mainly mechanical now. thanks
