    Unstable tacho HC92X

hello, I use a tacho booster to make the original tachometer work. The sweep at startup works well even if I can't get it to go past 9300 rpm. I run at 8500 rpm so that's not a problem. My problem is that after 5k rpm the tachometer does anything. It shakes and is therefore unreadable... How to fix this problem ? It worked perfectly with the original system so I don't really understand. I find it hard to understand why the startup scan works properly in a smooth way and once while driving it is no longer the case. I also have small jumps in slow motion and while driving under 4k rpm. thx for your help

    Missfire with COP B18C

I did not think about that ! Thank you for the information I will correct and make me a small math function to see the afr sp98

    Missfire with COP B18C

The stoichiometric ratio only varies the display off I like working with gasoline afrs. As we know the afr being only the coefficient of the said fuel by the lambda it does not change anything. For the effective density I did not change it. We are currently in E60 and the oilman gives a density very close to gasoline. For the cranking enrichment on my first tries, I had actually upgraded everything for the cranking but didn't take the time to do it on the map I joined you. However, the vehicle starts very well. I agree with you, those are the results I usually get. This engine is forged and has a compression ratio of 9 instead of the more than 10 of origin. the advance are surely due to that i think. the camshafts have an adjustment close to the origin (increased crossing for more sweeping) and the beam is original so it would be surprising if there was a polarity problem The engine has a cnc worked cylinder head, 9 compression ratio, custom stainless steel exhaust manifold, 3 inch line, skunk 2 pro intake manifold

    Missfire with COP B18C

the engine runs on ethanol and I agree the advance are extremely important but that's what gave the best results on the dyno. With less the egt flies away . The knock sensor was seeing less and less noise with the addition of advance on top of that ! In short, the engine needs all of this! It puts out 400 engine hp with a g25-550 at just over 1 bar. I actually changed a lot of things on the map but it seems that the problem is ultimately mechanical. the problem persists with the S300, the compression is good the ignition is present an injector problem seems likely...
  5. Hi, I installed NGK U5014 coils on a B18C4 turbo respecting the wiring (independent test ok) The vehicle starts but I have continuous misfires. I can't understand where it comes from knowing that the engine was running correctly with a Honda S300 beforehand. The mechanical cause therefore seems to be ruled out! In addition I have 2 new COP sets and changing them does not change anything. It's a G4X HC92. I put you a quick test drive log and the base map (nothing is adjusted for the moment I'm just trying to fix the problems) https://we.tl/t-QlCd4gMSXf (the log) Thx for your help map not tuned.pclx
  6. I have already made several bridges and clearly on my HC92X card there is clearly no protection on the pins... and anyway my model is not identified IPxx. Like I said if done well it's invisible. At the limit the subject is not there it is especially to have to identify the output of the G4X and to waste time to do it.
  7. I've been soldering PCBs for a long time, I know what I'm doing, so I'm not going to pay Link to do it for me. If Link can do it, if I send him my link, it's exactly the same as giving me the pinouts I would have them for all the following Link that I would have in my hands. I understand that it is not possible to share the information in public but why not in pm then? If I can't have the answer directly I will find my answer on my own as I said but it's really a shame.
  8. Soldering a wire to a pin, I don't call that a modification... Moreover once removed it is almost invisible if the job is good . I don't understand your reasoning since the HC96X version has a lot more output available for the same price... In the worst case, with an oscilloscope, identifying the output by running a test with the software on the desired output is feasible. In short, you understand that not giving the information just wastes time but is not at all a dam... If indeed the referents of the forum do not wish to communicate anything, I would manage all alone but it is a pity.
  9. Yes and the HC96x version which is the same price has the available output. There is no compromise here... When I look at the comparative table the G4X plugin is given with outputs. It is not noted that it depends on the version purchased, right? The price just depends on the vehicle and therefore the target clientele... the laws of the market... G4X cards are identical on all models technically finding all the corresponding output thanks to another model is not insurmountable but it's ridiculous ... Is it better that I spend time finding all this information to finally share it on other forums to avoid that others live the same situation or that I am given the information here?
  10. Hello, Is it possible to have all the outputs of the G4X PCB ( pinout diagram ) ? I have an HC92X plugin version and I need to use unwired outputs (ignition and aux). I have already made a bridge to add the knock sensor and I really need all additional output of the G4X. Thanks
  11. Perfect thx! But I can keep the guarantee of the material as long as the work is well done?
  12. I have experience and am equipped for micro welding (100w precision soldering iron). I can have the matches to add the option ? If is fitted properly can I retain the warranty? I will not damage the card by making a simple bridge between 2 pins. It would be a shame to have to install the hc96x with harness everywhere because of that...
  13. hi, I am starting to work on the link ecu in a professional capacity and I need information for the knock sensor on the HC92X version. I need to connect a bosch sensor and I see that the output is not wired which is a real shame. Can you tell me which card outputs correspond to the knock outputs? I suppose I could find the output by following the printed track of the HC96X but I prefer to have the information here. Thx for your help
