they are not obdII due to their age, as these were out well before obdII was thought off
you can see all info on the hand controller if you have one

Friend had dccd pro in his car due to above issue which was tapped into front left abs sensor
Speedo would read 20 mph sitting still and bounce about all over the place when driving and also brought on abs fault light which would not clear
Chances of it working is slim I'd say as he decided to sell the car in parts to recoup his money

Can't tap into abs as will thro abs code on that wheel
Later 6 speed boxes from wrx hatches and legacy don't have a speed signal from box but is done over can from the modules on board
See picture with circle is where's the speed sensor is fitted if got a blank then there is no drive fitted for the speedo sensor

Is the plug touching metal as that's the return path otherwise won't spark
Do the coil packs require an ignitor separately or have they an ignitor built into to them.
Did you set up the dwell times in the ecu

That depends if ecu is either pc tunable or hand controller only

Have you done a compression test on the engine as low compression will give you a misfire

But there was a silver and blue g4 storm ecu, so picture and price would help you massively if wanting to sell a d your location might help

Plug in a noid light to an injector plug and crank over, should light should pulse
If it dies injectors are stuck shut then needing taking out and ckeaned
How long has the car been sitting with no use
Does the fuel pump prime when ignition is turned on and is there a fuel pressure gauge in the system
