  1. Hi. Idle was fine. But then changed the fuel pump, pressure regulator and injectors. (Sard 800cc.) Got everything else pretty much sorted but idle. When the engine is warmed up idle starts to swing and so does the afr. Things that smooth´s it out little is when i take the closed loop lambda off or make it run rich. i.e changing the fuel table or turning on a/c. Have tryed changing the idle base positions and they don´t seem to do much difference. Nor changing the gain tables. Could i have vacuum leaks or something? Or could it be some sort ignition problem? (Haven´t touched the ignition times after the upgraded fuel components. Car was running smooth idle before upgrade.) Suggestions?

  3. Hi. No effect what so ever. As i cranc the engine link says now map limit activated. Don´t know why.
  4. Hello. Cant get the engine start. I have checked the spark plugs and it gets a spark. And the fuel pump goes on. Injectors make the cliking sound when i run the test. Maps are the same as before. Enny ideas? It was running fine before the fw update. Haven´t changed enything else.
  5. Can´t load the map to g4. When i try loading it gives this error again 'The ecu has been reset, probably due a short term power cut or a temporary low supply voltage. Ecu memory has been reloaded. CAUTION: previous changes that were not stored may have been reset.' and now it gave an error on wideband too. Fault code 19 An4 volt above 5.v
  6. Here are the maps. Cars is st-185 whit the 3s-gte engine. standard fuel system, link 2 channel igniter and bosch coil.
  7. decided to upgrade the firmware after recharging battery. Made all the settings and tables same as before in older firmware. Cooling fan is running constantly, car won´t start. Igniton test works on both channels (wasted spark), injector test works. Firmware loads in whit out errors. Car 'shoots' from exhaust after crancking is stopped.
  8. Downgraded the firm to old 6.0 Didnt´t help. And the car still won´t start. When i upgraded the firmware my cars cooling fan went on. It wasen´t on when the old firm was in. Now it constantly gives a error code 43 an temp 1 above high error value. Won´t help if i change the fault setting to 5 v.
  9. OK updated the firmware. All sort of stuff started happening. When i try to load in to the ecu my setups immidiatly after it gives an error. 'The ecu has been reset, probably due a short term power cut or a temporary low supply voltage. Ecu memory has been reloaded. CAUTION: previous changes that were not stored may have been reset.' Why does it do that? Help!!!!!
  10. Interpolation seems disjointed (Too many key strokes) Could it be able to simply highlight an are of the map, and interpolate between the extremeties. eg not just one horizontal or vertical line but any variation of this or a group of cells vertically and horizontally? Works well on other systems that are far less able and less viable than the Link systems.
