  1. Thanks, I suspect the sensor may not be getting hot enough, water cooled exhaust manifolds in a boat, water doesn't touch the sensor though, so even if Lambda is turned off the hand controller should still show a reading?

I have an early G1 running a Commodore V6, it has the option to turn Lambda on or off using the hand controller, I have a brand new sensor fitted but on the hand controller screen where it displays injector duty cycle and Lambda reading, it always sits on 0, it is wired to the ECU correctly, tested that today. Any ideas?
  3. Thanks, thought that might of been the case, all is well though, plugged in a hand controller and the ECU is seeing 80 degrees which is exactly what the thermostat is, dash gauge however is my problem, it still shows only around 60 degrees, I think, 90% sure, someone has fitted the wrong temp sender for the VDO dash gauge.
  4. I have a G1, pretty sure it's a LEM3, in a jetboat running an early VN Commodore V6, what I need to know is it possible to alter the 70 degree setting where it switches to a hot running mode to a lower setting say 60 degrees???
