Connect Innovate MTX-L to Link ECU G1

Thanks Scott, Reading throught the manual, it says that closed loop operation not recommended for heavy modified cars... is this still the guidance for heavily modified cars as mine runs 300atwkw but no cams? I would like to have a single console to log both the Link ECU and the Innovate Wideband, that is why i want to connect the Innovate to the Link. This is on a Subaru Sti v2 MY96. Hi there, I have a Subaru STi MY96 with a PossumLink Plugin unit. I recently had my aircon repaired and since that I have been unable to get the tuning right when switching the aircon on. I dont have a ICV on my intake manifold as the car is modified, please could you let me know what other settings I could change to accommodate for the requirement of the aircon? Kind regards, Sanford

Hi Wayne, I have a Link V1 PlugIn ecu on a MY96 STi Version2 Impreza Wagon with 850cc injectors + alot more... here is a log from my run. I have attached a log from my run. I can also share my new tuning map with you... the car runs like a dream and is boosting 1.44bar Hope this helps. SanMan

Thanks Jurgen, I thought this was a G1 forum? Ok hence the PCL files are different. I have attached a fine tuned map after the fuel pump was changed. I am using an octane booster and water/meth injection. I am safely boosting 1.5bar no detonation. Notice the difference between my 2 maps... less fuel and more timing, the car is running smooth. Hi Guys, I have attached my map of this: 1995 STi Version 2 Wagon 2.5L forged pistons and rods, race bearing, nitrate crank and 703 block. Flowed head and 850cc DW Side Injectors. Water Meth injection FMIC GT3076r Greddy EBC 2 LINKECU G1 plugin Now I am missing some field which you guys have in your maps? Does my ecu have the right firmware? What ecu do you all have. Hi Simon, So if i put a detonation listener (a copper pipe on the intake connected to some mufflers via a plastic pipe) when I hear detonation set the level knock level lower than that? How is a knock link better? Many thanks, SanMan -

Hi there, I have a problem and have no idea where to start. My car is an MY96 STi and has a Possumlink Plug-In ECU. The car swing fine and you can drive it for like 10mins... there after it stalls. If you try to swing it wont start, and it it does the idle is very erratic and you have to continually rev the car to keep it from stalling, it eventually will stall. It does not have a MAF or a ICV. I have check for leaking pipes and there are none. Any ideas? Many thanks inadvance, Sanford

Hi All, Please could you explain to me in more details what is the MASTER setting really responsible for? I set mine to 95 and my rev wont drop. If I set to less, the car idles and drives unresponsive/rough. Next why is it when I am in 5th gear, I get max boost at 3.5k rpm whereas in 3rd gear this is only at 4.2k? Why does my boost spike... in all gears it over shoots by 2 psi then settles? Many thanks, SanMan
