  1. Hi , Frank I have had simmalar issues with one of my units ,But it turned out my AFR were way off & the ISC couldnt compensate for the error in tuning, Also did you refrence the "documentaion" area, I saw what your looking for in either the "tecnical notes" or tech drawings, they do list CAS wiring as well as the CKS wiring for both 3 & 2 wire sensors Jay
  2. Good Day, I am having some issues with a G1 Platform & while reading throu I found this quote in the manual that I dont quite understand... Call me a Noob ,been said before this quote is rite from the manual :Enrichment becomes fairly compressed at higher voltages i.e. small voltage changes = large ratio changes. Unfortunatilty I cant get my brain around this, what is happening is when tuning the master fuel ,My WB sensor & where the motor wants to be is way off .My Wb is pegged at 10.0 & master fuel is at 50ish ,the motor idles fine & responds Also normal accel enrichement & wake up settings when I tune out to 14.5 @ idle, I cant compensate for accel enrich, I get loping idle & just not right,NO matter how much enrichment I tune in It will not stabalize, the feed back on the WB to narow band voltage is also off, I will not come above .30 volts Unfortunatly I dont have another WB to test against ,Only thing I can thing up is to change the feedback form ,AEM UEGO WB is being used, Any calibration possible? I tried the factory ecy & feedback reads proper?? I have log & map attached (Long) Also If anyone could tell me how to post a map & log in one posting rather that two posts Any insight would be appreciated Jay turbo2.txt
  3. Jay, I forgot to ask ,But you did go into your connection window & system window's to make certin your connection com port's are correct? Also you are running the most recent version of PCLink Ver 2.5? not 3.29 ,4.3 etc....If you post up your exact engine & modifacations as well as a recent map & a log once you get connected you'll have much more help from the community, you might also try dobson dyno for assistance ,As well as postin up in the G1 section of the fourm. Most members are using the G4 platform ,the system we use is very old & outdated elecrtonics... GL Jay
  4. Jay, When connecting your useing the serialprt ,to connect I have the same radio shk cable also ,Some times I have to flip the key off/on real quick to get the link to respond ,Not sure why If there is a glitch in the cable software,But I have also experienced this issue,I actually pulled the ecu from the car & "bench tested "to be sure On the other issue the MAp sensors are a known issue with that MY subaru ,Are they Not Possibly seek one out in the salvage yard to rule this symptonm out.As far as the shop changing your parameters are they knolagable in the G1 platform? If so I would seek there help in this area,Or just rite out ask them if they did so guessing is rulled out GL J.LeBlanc
  5. Hi, I need some direction on the adjustment values as to what the volt correction & air temp correction ,I understand what they are for & their intended function ,But what is the effect in increacing the parameter on the volts & what does increasing the value for the IAT correection? Most of the parameters max value ranges from 0 to 255 ,0 being low side 255 being the later, I have searched with no explanation found,I dont expect anyone to hold my hand ,Just a breif discrip[tion & example would be very much appreciated, or a location where as I might find such example & discription Thanks Jay
  6. Help hopefully, I have a G1 / V10 with a ser # of 001360on the board, the sticker on the case is as : SUBARU / LPV10 / 200203 I have the 6 wire isc board installed with the switch in the off/1 position, .... I resently sent this to a LINK repair shop here in the states & had all repairs made to have a clean bill of health last week I installed this unit into my DD which uses a 3 wire ISC setup ,in which I wired the loom to accept this & operate correctly ? I tried it in the race car which uses a similar ISC to the 6 wire used on the USDM 2.5 ,But only has 3 wires as simmilar to the ISC used on the USDM 1.8 TB & it operated satisfactory, Is there a different board for the 3 wire ISC that is used on the ej20 g & ej20k & ej22t ?? All help is appreciated Jay
  7. Matt, I'm not sure if this is the format your looking for ,but I found this in the document section ,I have some others on my computer as well but they need be converted ... http://www.linkecu.com/support/documentation/g1-engine-management-documentation/LinkPlus%20V14%20manual.pdf LMK Jay
  8. ,Hi Ho, No thats what I was looking for was basicly how to get involved in the fourm ,& bwhat is ussually requested to get knolagable awnsers ,But again VIA internet ,again is very tough,as the vehicle isnt there & one bit of data can throw everything off, thatks Jurgen for getting me in the correct direction, Jay

  10.
