  2. Hi Guys, i am running a G4 Xtreme Red, together with the old ECU (Mitsubishi Airtrek) because of this i splitting the Trigger Signals between the old ecu and new one. both sensors are still being powered by the old ECU. I am using the Evo 5 .pcl and updated all info regarding analog inputs etc based on my setup, i have been trying since yesterday but the engine is not starting. tried resetting all Trigger Calibrations to '0' still nothing. I have done injector and ignition tests and they are fine. Please advise what i should do. pcl file i am using is attached. Also i am running different cams could that have an effect? any assistance will be appreciated. Thank you. airtrek-8-1-2012.pcl
  3. Hi. I am writing from Kisumu, Kenya, I have just installed a Link Xtreme Red in my Mitsubishi Airtrek, This is a piggyback setup as i need the OEM ecu for gearbox control. Link will basically control engine. What i would like to know is on the PCLink Software there are no Base Maps for the Evo 6/7/8 only 5 and 9, would the Evo 5 base map be ok for the Evo 7? Evo 9 would not be proper due to the Mivec. Please let me know if i can use the Evo 5 Base Map or do i need an Evo 7 base? The Airtrek has a detuned engine from the Evo 7 and is very similar to Evo 7 GTA, i have rebuilt the engine, all new internals, cams, FMIC, Injectors, TD0620G Hybrid Turbo etc Any help would be appreciated. Thank you Salmaan
  4. Hi, I am writing from Kenya and have a Red G4 Extreme ECU, i want to install this into a Mitsubishi Airtrek (Identical Setup to the Evo 7 GTA) with an Invecs II 5 A/t Transmission. I understand i need to install the G4 Extreme to run together with the Original ECU (Link for Engine Management and Original ECU for Gearbox). Has anyone ever done this? I would like to know if i should continue using the original ECU to power the Crank Sensor and split the Signal between Original and Link G4 ECU? or vice versa? Does the same apply to the TPS and Speed Sensors? Also please advise if someone has the Link Base Map for the Evo 7. Appreciate any help in this. Thank you.
