I have a rotary renisis in vw beetle,the problem is i can't get it to idle up even steping up the rpms it might be ok for a very short time but then returns back to what it was,i have even screwed up the idle on the thrittle boady and along with tps.It feels to me that it could be too rich,i had the tune set up by a garage that did the conversion.
