Yes it's now sensor to ecu and to ecu to speedo have not driven the car but the pwm test doesn't work and no sweep also

Hi We just installed a link g4+ for evo 9 plug in everything is working turned the sweep on the rpm gauge but it does not do any thing but as soon as the engine is running it works fine need help thanks
