Thanks Adam any tips on where a good power source is for the sensor (Sparten 2)the instructions say it shouldnt be powered until the car is running. Also with the wiring which wires on my xs loom do I connect to the controller. Black and green on controller go to sensor ground and An 0-5v input on xs loom? I assume I wont need to connect the brown narrowband simulator wire as I could just turn the old nb oxy off in the ecu settings to avoid check engine lights. Cheers

I did try 15deg first it just seems to run very rough. I will wire in wideband then get my trailer a wof and stop bugging u guys. May need some wiring advice though lol.

I followed your instructions. Then repeated the process using 10deg not 15 which seems to go better. Then started changing master fuel and yes just guessing. My only goal is to get the car running good enough to drive the 40kms into rotorua to get somebody who knows what there doing to tune it. I didnt anticipate having this much trouble or realise just how little I know about how ECUs work. Really appreciate all the help and advice.

I tried running that pcl but still had same issue. I cant seem to get idle down below 1500 with my intake setup but I did get it running smoother rpm by adjusting the fuel main up to 17ms. Could my fuel pressure be to high? Shall I just wait till Ive wired in wideband to try again? Will it be easier to diagnose if I get a log file of the car just idling? Thanks for all help I'm obviously a in a bit over my head.

Pretty sure im pushing enter first cos the numbers light up blue. Could my fuel pressure be to high think it sits on 2.6 bar at idle? Running bosch 440 injectors. Things do smell a bit rich when starting. start5.pcl

Having trouble with base timing setup with my sr20ve. Follow the procedure in the help menu and have base timing bang on 5deg but im not to sure about the delay setting. With the car running and set base timing window open car idles pretty good but as soon as I click done to shut window revs cycling up to 2200 then back down to1500. Ive tried changing the delay but it doesnt seem to make any odds. I have no idle control valve on intake at all with my quad throttle body setup so should I be changing something else?

What is the cheapest way to get a wideband sensor going to replace the old O2 sensor with my plugin ECU. I assume this will make tuning easier? I have a XS loom with only a IAT sensor using 2 wires so can I use that to wire in just a wideband without having to buy a wideband controller and guage ect. Surely I can monitor the wideband readings with PC link on laptop? Any recomended brands? Running NA SR20VE in a N15 pulsar. NS15g4 ecu

Which injection mode should I be using with bosch 440cc injectors

All good think I sussed it dont think i stored correctly after trig setup. both triggers going now and seems to be firing.

OK trigger 2 signal flashes yes but trig 1 stays on no and rpm stays on zero. Car is 98 vzr pulsar running sr20ve 12:1 compression, ported polished, oversized valves, stage four franklin cams, quad throttle bodies, 440 bosch injectors..... heaps of mods but should run good enough on stock sr16ve ecu but I would rather get this link going well enough to drive to shop for tune than put old ecu, MAF ect back in. Il check ecu jumper settings now Cheers for help

first time trying to start car and i seem to have no spark. Im running plugin g4 for S20 short header in a 98 vzr pulsar with stock sr16ve wiring loom. Not too sure if I got all settings right but theres now no error codes. wondering about pinouts matching up? My pinout for sr16ve says pin 4 is for ECCS relay but pin list in link book doesnt have pin4? sorry for noob questions
