Hello guys. I have a plug in link g4+ for 3sgte with COP setup. I try to set the ignition with the timing set feature with a timing light. I set it to 0 from pclink. Some times hit 0 at pulley some 5 some -5. Why it is not solid?

Well guys, today I strip the engine to see the damage! About spray no I don't spray. About the IAT maybe was of the poor connection but if I remember it doesn't affect the timing at that point. Before a week I was on dyno and the fine is knock free. The timing is synced yes. I believe that the COP setup maybe run out of durable spark at 12v. What do you think about this?

No I don't have methanol my friend. I have an open element link IAT sensor I will send a map later.

And a guy said me a theory that I believe it, maybe the voltage drop affect my 1zz coils so there is no enough energy to produce good spark.

I have a log from ECU. I was about to tune the knock control yesterday but I haven't that chance now. If the injector cut was very minimal just one or two injector events, the wideband can see that?

Well I tune it at dyno before a week clean of knocks. Yesterday I make a pull 4rth gear WOT, the alternator belt came off because was old at about 6000rpm (I saw it at logs) I keep WOT until 7500 then I left the throttle. Black smoke from exhaust, oil from vents. No lean afr spots no ignition changes. Dwell: 1zz coils 2.8 at 13.8v 3.2 at 12v

About the ground. Is it better to ground it at ECU ground pin, or at engine block?

As for valve train and noise, have any one use it at 3sgte engine guys? I try to get as much information I can I don't want to pay 200 250 euros if it not work for me.

Hello guys, I just see an advertisement with KnockLink G4 ( something like a shift light but for Knock ) Is that so gorgeous as advertising says? Self calibration so you must no worry about gains, frequency, high RPM noise, fake knocks and stuff like that. Is that really so good?

Hello guys. Yesterday I was on dyno and i make some pulls. I realize that my knock global count was at 1000 (maxed out) from 6000rpm till 8000rpm. I have Cop setup My gain is 1 And my filter is 6hz Can I put 0 Gain value or -1 etc?

To measure my FP i must to have the key to IGN ( so the pump run with 12v ) or it must to havr 13.8v?

Look at my last coments. The relay mod work for me. But you must to remove the switch from relay ( very easy thing)

Ok. Can you help me to set it up? Fuel system type? My 3sgte have stock FP on fuel rail. It controlled through vacuum. So i choose MAP? Base fuel pressure? At 3s forums they said base FP is about 36psi-41psi. But i have bigger fuel pump, maybe this affects my FP? Fuel Charge Coolong Coeff? What is tje proper way to calculate this? Min Effective Pulse Width? I have PL-4 1000cc injectors i found the dead times through the site of RC but they dont have the MEPW. They dont responding to my emails.

Hello, I found a topic here with a Davidv's experiment, and i want to do the same. But when i try to log my Inst. fuel consuption it shows only number 0. Am i make something wrong?

I just check my old logs before i rebuild my engine and i see that Dwell scatter exist but the bouncing idle not. I try to made the idle area more rich close to 13.5AFR. But it doesnt help.
