  1. Yes, the start button protocol was turned on, I chose a different start protocol with the key and the incorrect ABS VDC error disappeared, only error C0047 remained, I can assume that this is the fault of the ABS unit itself, since it is with automatic transmission, the car was made SWAP. Made an order for an ABS block from the GRB 6MT model.
  2. Issue resolved! Adamw Thanks for the tip. In our case with the G4X, the steering wheel did not receive data broadcast request packets for the G4X, the steering ecu was reprogrammed to the diagnostic request parameter by rebooting and resetting the jumpers. But the most interesting thing is that G4 + constantly broadcast packets in CAN. Now everything works. In order not to produce topics, I want to ask about ABS, this is the last device that could not be started with the G4X installation. ABS complains about the unreliability of the ecu and CAN, is there a solution to this.
  3. Yes, I understand the principle of CAN messages, but the fact is that on the G4 + the steering wheel works, but the si drive does not work due to the lack of Subaru protocol. We bought a G4X for this car and got a working si drive but no steering wheel. Today I will try to read the incoming CAN packets from the steering unit to find out the request for broadcasting packets from the link ecu for OBD2.

you need to turn on the subaru CAN broadcast if you have a G4X ECU, if you have a G4+, then this is a problem, I myself could not run the CAN protocol on it for SUbaru, it is not in the basic settings, it only has G4X, si drive and temperature work on it, you can configure the si drive cards throttle and boost and also receive data from the ABS unit, but still the ABS system does not work for me about this, I wanted to create a topic for discussion. the G4X ECU has physical CAN2 pins on the ECU connectors, their purpose is in the help, just follow the steps as in the video

hello. yes, I put a lot of these ECUs, everything works from 2006 and 2011 electronic gas.
  6. Hello! I have roblem whith OBD on G4X. I need to coonect DAMD steering weel to Link ECU. It is connect whithout any problems on G4+but on G4X with same setings it dosent work at all. After connecting control lamp to CAN wire I see that on User Defined I dosent have anithing but on others protocols I have some signals (on G4+ I have signal on User Defined). Video below.
  7. Yes, thanks for the hint now it all happened. I will work quietly on.
  8. Hello. Sorry for my English work through an interpreter))). I became the lucky owner of the ecu link thunder. I started tuning the Subaru ej257 AVCS and ran into the problem of di-2 inlet RH Cam position does not see the signal running in before I just say that the R-IN Cam sensor is OK and the signal comes to di-2 waveform attached. As soon as I change di-2 to wheel speed or any other parameter di-2 becomes active. Also notice that di-5 is active, provided it is not connected. I tried many ways but honestly that the problem is in the program. It's when I put the digital in channels on the cam position that the channel stops receiving the signal. I'll leave a link to the video that I filmed I ask you to look and maybe you can help me than thank you! VID-20171215-WA0014.mp4 https://youtu.be/MfZQJ5lQnEg
