  1. Couldn't find something like this with the search function, so here my question. Is it possible to show the dutycycle of a GP PWM output in a logfile on a link g4+ thunder? I'm using aux 2 as GP PWM with a 2D table to control my turbo precontrol solenoid on my FD RX-7. Only thing I found was A2 (status) when looking through the logfile, but that's not the right thing... A2 (status) only shows "ON" the whole time, regardless of the % dutycycle. So I don't know the dutycycle of the output when I'm looking at my datalog. Cheers Toni

    Water Pump PWM

    Hello, Our team doing some upgrades this winter. We have G4+ Thunder and PMU16 from Ecumaster. I would like to run water pump with pwm settings. I know that G4+ CAN can't transmit the pwm value, so I'm looking for alternative. Water pump: CWA200 PWM settings: Idea: 1. PMU16 feeds pump +12V when ignition is on. 2. I wire this to G4+ PWM signal Aux5 pin directly (high side) 3. I wire this pin to G4+ signal ground. (Or should I wire it to chassis ground?) 4. GND is wired to chassis ground. Working order: I turn the ignition and power goes directly from pmu to water pump. When RPM gets over 200 I feed 3ms of pw to wake up the pump from ecu. When car idles i send different signal to run the pump from ecu... Can someone confirm that my theory should work? Or I'm just wasting You time guys.. Huge thanks

I am looking at adding a Meth injection to my V2 Subaru WRX. i have the V44 plug-in vipec ECU I want to use an Output to control a PWM injection Solenoid. as seen here DO Meth Solenoide DO Meth Kit I would like to use the ViPEC to control it and I will save me $110 i can use for something else... It says it pulls 4.75 amps. can i run that right off of an output. or will i need some sort of solid state ralay or something else to control it. I'm thinking 5 amps is to much for the ViPec to pull right from the ECU. what do you think. i have looked all over and cant find any specs on this. any help would be appreciated. -=Suberdave=-
