I heard the link g4+ could support the canbus for most oem factory function during the 1jz/2jz swap. 

Is it the same could be achieve on the 3sge swap as well ？

That can support will not be engine dependent. So effectively any engine could be used.

OEM support is limited and often there are signals that we can not replicate exactly.
