G4 Red Extreme with E-Throttle

Looking at wiring a G4 Red Extreme onto a 3UZFE toyota with Electronic Throttle,

have been suggested that it will also need the external throttle driver/controller like this

 

How do you tell which models need that extra driver and which dont?

It is a G4 not a G4+.

The Silver G4 had E-throttle driver built-in, the red G4 didnt and will need the external module.  We sell a new version of that module now:  https://dealers.linkecu.com/G4RET
