kaptainballistik Posted November 11, 2020 Report Share Posted November 11, 2020 Evening. Happy to be pointed to the answer in the forums.... But i would rather be dumb than smoke the ECU... Firstly, The wiring diag shows to use AUX4 for the EXH cam 2, Advisory says you use AUX 1-4 for AVCS...The Latest pinout and the manual dont have the AUX 4 pin indicated....The ECU is Jumpered as a 2007 and Pinned in based on this. The back page of the supplied manual Doesnt even have a line for AUX4! So which one do I use? (or have I been working on my car too late at night and need more sleep.. ) Secondly, The aformentioned Wiring Diag indicates use a common 12V source on the AVCS solenoids, The Outputs in the software and factory 2007 pinout indicates use a DI and an AUX per Solenoid (Like a factory ECU install). I Presume use the DI and AUX inputs option? I Run a Seperate Dashboard on the car so I've not used up all my inputs... sofar. The Flex fuel /Fuel Pressure Sendor Is on the Expansion, So moving Pins around is not an issue. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Adamw Posted November 11, 2020 Report Share Posted November 11, 2020 Plug-in ECU's with E-throttle dont have Aux 4 available as it is used as part of the E-throttle control circuit.
