NZ_JZX100 Posted November 12, 2020 Report Share Posted November 12, 2020 Hi guys I have a JZX100 with a G4X Jzxlink plugin ecu I have the ECTS light flashing on the dash and after any wheel spin the TRC light also flashes. Both trc and ects buttons dont do anything. have tried unplugging the throttle control ecu and the ECTS light has gone out but now the TRC light stays on TRC doesnt work when throttle control ecu is plugged in either (not bothered) How do i stop the lights from coming on or is it just a simple fix of removing the bulbs Will be using the buttons for launch control etc at a later date Thanks Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
BuckinghamIO Posted November 16, 2020 Report Share Posted November 16, 2020 Usually the ECU that controls the TRC/ECTS fails anyways (capacitors). I would just unplug the connection from the throttle body, I believe it's the one closest to the radiator... and then just remove the bulbs from the cluster as they just pop out.
