Matt_H
Hi Guys, in need of some help, I have Evo 6 with link G4+ E throttle using Evo 10 Pedal and throttle Having issues auto calibrating the Throttle position sensors the test is not seeing the Main TPS move, I can see in the live readings the tps main is moving and the throttle plate does a full swing please see my attached video Matt IMG_4903.MOV
Confused
Double check that you don't have another input set up as TP (Main) - looking at the pinouts, by default AN3 is TPS, if this is still set as TP (Main), it will be picking this input up, not the one you've defined later. If it's not that, you don't *have* to do the calibration this way - you can manually move the throttle plate, and enter into the setup the min & max voltages you see. Confused
I got caught out by that when I was first setting up the ECU! I've noticed that your E-Throttle Target table has TP (Main) along the Y axis, rather than AP (Main). And do you mean to have Mass Air Flow on the X axis? Adamw
The throttle target table shouldnt cause the TP tracking error, however start by fixing that table first as confused suggests, then do us a log of some pedal presses.
