I am having issues with my new laptop (more tablet) having poor scaling with the pclink app.

All of the display gadgets are all within the top 1/4 of the screen being very tough to read.

Is there any way of fixing this?

This may help, not sure if it is relevant to a pro 7 though: 

 

If not the general idea is to set the screen res to some common HD form factor and make sure windows display scaling is set to 100%.
