JMc Posted March 18, 2021 Report Share Posted March 18, 2021 Hi guys, I have a G4+ Storm running an s13 SR20DET. I have started with the s13 base map, reassigned inputs and outputs, entered all data for injectors (Bosch 1000cc) ignition (yaris coils) and all sensors, as well as do the Nissan CAS test/set up as the help file says which gave good results. When trying to start the engine to set up ignition timing, it will turn on the starter but stop and back fire I believe when it tries to fire the coils. This goes away when disconnecting the ignition and I have tried to lock timing with no luck. It also doesn't change whether injectors are turned on or off so I'm pretty sure its ignition related. Attached is my pcl file if someone can have a look and point me in the right direction that would be great. But looking through the few SR20 maps that I have tuned I see wildly varying trigger offsets, so it could potentially be miles off. I have done 2 S14s on G4+, there offset was 230 & 244. I have a S14 with a G4X, that was 315. Then I have a couple of SR20VE's on G4+ and they show -110 & -114. So I'd probably put a timing light on it with fuel disabled and try around 230 to see if you can see any timing marks in your flash. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
