ken1436215443
I have a G3 with a G4 firmware up grade. I want to know if I can have the capability to run digital dash like the Link, Haltech or AEM ect
Adamw
Yes, but to enable CAN on the G3 it will need a small hardware mod. It will either need to come back to NZ, or if you know someone that is capable with surface mount electronics I can give you instructions. ken1436215443
I’m sorry for clarification I have a link G3 plus. I remember seeing a CAN port right next to a USB port.
Adamw
All G3's and early G4's will need the CAN mod for CAN to work.
