DI - ground speed, reading spikes

hi guys,

im using fast speed gps device connected to DI6 - as ground speed on awd car, which (i saw on log) gives me random spikes.

For example, car is accelerating from 0-200kmh and on 50kmh it shows spike, and then back to regular speed. 
Is there anything i can do to solve this? there is no aditional settings under DI, but im sure someone have some experience what to do.

No there is not much you can do about it if the device is outputting an erattic signal.  You may be able to reduce the occurance by doing all the usual "GPS best practice" such as place the antena on the roof or somewhere it has a clear view of the sky and horizon, as well as the grounded metal back plane underneath it.

same device dont have this “problem” on motec. 

ok, we will try with new firmware on gos, with median option.
