Then reassemble the casing of the ecu.

connect everything back and turn key.

There is no engine light flashing or light up what so ever.

Connect to the software.and the same message shown… what happened

Hmm, thats an odd one.

Before you done the original update, did it connect ok to PC Link and show live data etc?

No. The car was running fine, It has been tuned to run with GT2871R. I upgrade the turbo to G25-550. When I turn key to start the car for the first time when everything is back together, nothing happened.

The engine light didn’t comes on upon the first key click of ignition. All other electronics in the car is running normal.

then the mechanic plugged in his laptop to check the ecu. It is offline. Not communicating with the PClink. Requesting firmware to be updated. Story continues to the first post.

Ok, so it sounds like possibly the ECU is not powered up properly when connected to the car loom.  Is the blue LED on?  If you power up with your little jumper leads and car loom still connected can you load firmware and have normal comms?

I'm the mechanic of this S15, car battery had been disconnected for 3 weeks , for engine bay hardware installation and brake upgrade.
When installation complete, reconnect the battery trying to start the engine, there is no spark and injector firing.
Try connect PC Link via USB cable, it shows warning message "Error: ECU is running in Boot Mode and cannot connect, Please run the firmware update program again."
Tried everything included disconnect battery again , load PC Link software again, unplug and plug USB cable, try another USB port, still the same.
Following another post disconnect engine harness and apply 12V to ECU board, disable auto connect function in PC Link, run Firmware update again, In the first time using external 12V power, pop up window shows "ECU running in trap mode.....", ignore the message and do the firmware update, a pop up window shows ""Upgrading from 0.0.0 to 6.20.33.......", after the green bar on the bottom ends, another pop up window from the firmware updater shows "PROGRAMMING COMPLETE. ECU is ready to run." Click OK to close that pop up window, disconnect the external power, remove the jumper wire, close the ECU cover, conect engine harness, turn key and reload the PC Link, unplug and replug the USB cable, PC Link shows the same message "Error: ECU is running in Boot Mode and cannot connect, Please run the firmware update program again."
Repeat the external power firmware update method again, result is the same.

Please help !

2x Blue LED is on !
Did not try jump wire supplying 12v to mainboard when engine harness is connected.

Try this, Im suspicious the main power maybe missing (the LED's can still light up even with no power due to back feeding through an powered aux).

You are right !!!!  Problem solved, found out it is an anti-thief thing hack into the ECCS relay, the guys who install the anti-thief, if it is unarmed, the ECCS relay will normally supply +12v power to the ecu, if it is armed, it cuts the power by an extra relay, and "short" the +ve side into the ground  , thus the fuse will blown everytime if the key is on (if the anti-thief is armed), and the anti-thief itself will auto turn into "armed status" everytime connecting the battery.
