RobGT4Fun
Ok, like title says, I have a Celica ST205 running stock turbo. Just installed a new 2 wire MAC for boost control. Using the same two leads as the original TVSV, PWM test cycles the valve correctly. TVSV plumbing is capped off. Set originally very similar to AdamW suggestions on an older post. Boost stopped building at 50kpa MGP. Added 10 to the duty cycle, Same results. Did this several times over, to what I have now, but still only seeing about 50kpa MGP. At a loss at this point. Any pointers? PC Datalog - 2022-05-17 10;06;15 pm.llgx Lucy-Gettinclose-16may.pclx
Calvin
From the log the ECU is commanding 90% DC. Are the boost pipes plumbed to the correct ports on the MAC?
Adamw
Yeah, 90% DC is fully open with a mac valve. If full bleed doesnt increase boost then it would suggest plumbing is wrong or there is an issue with the wastegate or similar.
