Julien Posted June 22, 2022 Report Share Posted June 22, 2022 Hi guys, I’m rich at idle and I’m hitting the minimum PW… First question, can I deduce the dead time at idle (0.5ms) to the Min Effective PW in the main fuel setup? If my understanding of the log is correct the real PW that sees the injector is the effective + the dead time? So because the minimum given by the maker is 1.5ms here I bottom up at 2ms so I could get 25% of possible réduction! Otherwise I guess there isn’t much to do expect lowering the fuel pressure of downsizing the injectors.. Since I think that I will do neither, what’s the way to go in such a case? Leave lambda at 0.8 and flushing the cylinders, or increasing the value to allow to burning more of the fuel? Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
